機械信號時域平均消噪方法的濾波器實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:時域平均法是故障診斷中常用的非常有效的信號處理方法,主要特點是可以從混有噪聲干擾的信號中提取感興趣的周期性信號,同時抑制不相關的其它周期成份。然而時域平均存在兩方面明顯的不足:一方面,鍵相信號的拾取常受到應用環(huán)境和條件的制約難以實施,即便獲得鍵相信號,也往往由于周期截斷誤差的存在使時域平均方法不能取得滿意的效果;另一方面,時域平均要求大量數(shù)據(jù)的存儲、運算,這給時域平均的應用也帶來一定的不便。為了解決上述問題,本文根據(jù)時域平均的幅頻特性提出采用FIR多帶濾波器實現(xiàn)時域平均功能的方法,該法有效避免了傳統(tǒng)方法需采集鍵相信號的不足,很好的擴大了時域平均在實際工程中的應用。最后,將傳統(tǒng)的時域平均方法和利用多帶濾波器實現(xiàn)時域平均功能的方法進行了分析比較,驗證了本文方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The time domain average method is used in fault diagnosis of the signal processing method is very effective, the main feature is mixed with periodic signal extraction from the signal of interest in noise, while suppressing other periodic components not relevant. However the time domain average there are two shortcomings obvious: on the one hand, restricting the pickup key phase signal the application environment and conditions are often difficult to implement, even to obtain the Keyphasor signal, often because of the existence of periodic truncation error to time domain averaging methods cannot obtain satisfactory results; on the other hand, the average time required large amounts of data storage, computing, the application of time domain average also brought some inconvenience. In order to solve the above problems and according to the frequency characteristic of time averaging method is proposed in this paper using FIR multi band filter to realize time domain average function, this method can effectively avoid the traditional method of collecting key phase signal The shortage of time domain extends the application of time domain averaging in practical engineering. Finally, the traditional time domain averaging method and the method of realizing the time domain average function by using multi band filter are compared and analyzed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
