中大功率變頻器輸入端無(wú)源EMI濾波器研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:中大功率變頻器因其具有轉(zhuǎn)矩高、功率大、正反轉(zhuǎn)加減速調(diào)節(jié)方便、能夠進(jìn)行軟啟動(dòng)、功率因數(shù)補(bǔ)償、能量回饋節(jié)能等特點(diǎn)使其在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域電氣傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用,但是中大功率變頻器系統(tǒng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生高幅值、寬頻段的傳導(dǎo)型、輻射型電磁干擾,污染供電電網(wǎng)的電磁環(huán)境,影響附近電氣、電子設(shè)備的正常工作,所以與之相關(guān)的電磁兼容方面的研究也成為中大功率變頻器系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用中的至關(guān)重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。本文針對(duì)于中大功率變頻器系統(tǒng)輸入端對(duì)電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生的嚴(yán)重的電磁傳導(dǎo)干擾,在闡述變頻器系統(tǒng)的電磁噪聲特點(diǎn)與電磁兼容要求的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)無(wú)源濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,如二端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)、阻抗失配、系統(tǒng)等效電路、高頻模型、接地系統(tǒng)等。然后從設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐的角度闡述了EMI濾波器元器件類型、參數(shù)的選取依據(jù),拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的確定方法,實(shí)際布局的參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)了一款能夠使中大功率變頻器系統(tǒng)噪聲得到很好衰減的EMI無(wú)源濾波器。最后,結(jié)合在相關(guān)課題中大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)、測(cè)量經(jīng)驗(yàn),介紹了電磁兼容檢測(cè)時(shí)與EMI無(wú)源濾波器相關(guān)的設(shè)備測(cè)試、安裝、布局等實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的EMI噪聲測(cè)試,通過(guò)EMI無(wú)源濾波器對(duì)EMI噪聲的抑制,使變頻器系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了國(guó)家相關(guān)電磁兼容標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并總結(jié)了一系列的整改措施、注意事項(xiàng)等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Because of its high torque, high power, convenient adjustment of positive and inverse speed and deceleration, medium and large power converter can start soft and compensate for power factor. The characteristics of energy feedback and energy saving make it play a more and more important role in the electric transmission system in the industrial field, but the medium and large power converter system will produce high amplitude, wide band conduction and radiation electromagnetic interference. Polluting the electromagnetic environment of the power supply network, affecting the normal operation of the electrical and electronic equipment nearby, Therefore, the research on electromagnetic compatibility has become a very important link in the development and application of medium and large power converter system. This paper aims at the serious problem that the input end of medium and large power converter system produces to the power network. Electromagnetic conduction interference, Based on the description of electromagnetic noise characteristics and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of inverter system, the design theory of passive filter is analyzed in detail, such as two-port network, impedance mismatch, system equivalent circuit, high frequency model, etc. Then from the point of view of design practice, this paper expounds the type of EMI filter components, the basis of parameter selection, the method of determining topology structure, the reference standard of actual layout, and so on. This paper designs a EMI passive filter which can attenuate the system noise of medium and large power frequency converter. Finally, combined with a large number of experiments in related subjects, the measurement experience is given. This paper introduces the equipment test, installation, layout and other experimental methods related to EMI passive filter in EMC detection, and carries out the related EMI noise test. The EMI passive filter is used to suppress the EMI noise. The inverter system meets the national EMC standards, and summarizes a series of rectification measures, matters needing attention and so on.
