【摘要】：信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)和核心是集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)。它是知識(shí)、資本和技術(shù)最集中的產(chǎn)業(yè)。這也是戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力最重要的一項(xiàng)就是水平技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模。東南亞國(guó)家和地區(qū)只有不到十年的時(shí)間,在集成電路中的尖端技術(shù)在國(guó)際上確立了領(lǐng)先地位,足以使我們深思。本文根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)研究情況,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)及產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式三個(gè)方面闡述了集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的情況,分別分析了美國(guó)、韓國(guó)及日本的集成電路發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展階段和產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展兩個(gè)方面探討了中國(guó)的集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外4家集成電路知名企業(yè)。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)三個(gè)方面闡述了南昌小藍(lán)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,并對(duì)小藍(lán)發(fā)展集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行SWOT分析。南昌小藍(lán)目前已經(jīng)引進(jìn)、投資英孚集團(tuán)、恩智浦半導(dǎo)體公司、北京思比科微電子有限公司及上海硅通半導(dǎo)體有限公司等國(guó)內(nèi)外知名集成電路企業(yè),并成立了南芯基金、創(chuàng)東方基金及小藍(lán)創(chuàng)投基金等扶持政策。結(jié)合南昌小藍(lán)的具體情況,通過分析后,提出南昌小藍(lán)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的策略建議。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)雖然仍不明朗,但全球集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展很有可能呈現(xiàn)周期性增速回升。未來幾年也是南昌集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要時(shí)間段。充分利好國(guó)家重點(diǎn)發(fā)展集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的大好機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)基金的優(yōu)勢(shì),人力成本的優(yōu)勢(shì),地理位置優(yōu)勢(shì)把集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)建立起來。
[Abstract]:The foundation and core of the information industry is the integrated circuit industry. Industries with the most concentrated capital and technology. This is also one of the strategic emerging industries. One of the most important measures of a country or region's comprehensive economic strength is the level of technology and industrial scale. Southeast Asian countries and regions have less than 10 years to go. The cutting-edge technology in the integrated circuit has established a leading position in the world, which makes us think deeply. According to the research situation of the integrated circuit industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the industrial structure, This paper expounds the situation of integrated circuit industry from three aspects: industry characteristics and industrial management model, and analyzes the current situation of integrated circuit development in the United States, South Korea and Japan, respectively. This paper discusses the development status of integrated circuit industry in China from two aspects of industry development stage and industrial area development, and lists four famous integrated circuit enterprises at home and abroad. This paper expounds the development of Nanchang small blue integrated circuit industry in three aspects: industrial development policy and industrial development goal, and carries out SWOT analysis on small blue development integrated circuit industry. Nanchang small blue has now introduced and invested in EF Group. Enzipu Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Beijing Spicot Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Shanghai Silicon Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and other well-known integrated circuit enterprises at home and abroad, and set up the South Core Fund, Support policies such as the Orient Fund and the small Blue Venture Capital Fund. According to the specific situation of small Blue in Nanchang, through analysis, the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the development of the integrated circuit industry in Nanchang. Although the world economic situation is still unclear, However, the development of the global integrated circuit industry is likely to show a cyclical growth rebound. The next few years will also be an important time period for the development of the integrated circuit industry in Nanchang. Give play to the advantages of industrial funds, labor costs, geographical advantages to build up the integrated circuit industry.
