基于環(huán)形樣品池的激光粒度測(cè)量方法

【摘要】:為了擴(kuò)展散射角的接收范圍,提高激光粒度儀對(duì)亞微米顆粒的測(cè)量精度和分辨率,提出了一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單的環(huán)形樣品池方法。該方法理論上能夠連續(xù)無(wú)縫地接收0°~180°的散射光,且具有測(cè)量下限低的優(yōu)勢(shì)。基于環(huán)形樣品池測(cè)量方法,搭建了新型激光粒度測(cè)量裝置,并對(duì)50,100,200,400nm的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粒子樣品以及由它們組合而成的混合樣品進(jìn)行了測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn),并與傳統(tǒng)樣品池的測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,環(huán)形樣品池方法能夠準(zhǔn)確分辨體積中位徑比值為1∶2的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粒子混合樣品。對(duì)于亞微米顆粒,環(huán)形樣品池方法具有測(cè)量下限低、測(cè)量精度高、分辨率高和可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to extend the receiving range of scattering angle and improve the measurement accuracy and resolution of submicron particles by laser particle size meter, a simple ring sample cell method is proposed. The method can receive continuously and seamlessly the scattering light of 0 擄or 180 擄. Based on the measurement method of annular sample cell, a new laser particle size measuring device was built, and the measurement experiments were carried out on the standard particle samples of 50 ~ 100 ~ 200 ~ 200 ~ 400nm and the mixed samples composed of them. The results show that the annular sample cell method can accurately distinguish the standard particle mixture samples with a volume median diameter ratio of 1: 2. For submicron particles, The annular sample cell method has the characteristics of low measuring limit, high precision, high resolution and high reliability.
