【摘要】:隨著觸控技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,觸摸屏的應(yīng)用范圍日益廣泛,在教育行業(yè)、服務(wù)行業(yè)、醫(yī)療行業(yè)、軍用行業(yè)等隨處可見。觸控技術(shù)日漸成熟的同時(shí)也帶來了觸控產(chǎn)品種類的增多。近年來,大尺寸紅外觸摸屏以環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、壽命更長(zhǎng)、可識(shí)別觸摸點(diǎn)數(shù)更多等優(yōu)勢(shì)得到了市場(chǎng)的認(rèn)可,進(jìn)入了井噴式爆發(fā)時(shí)期。本文第一部分首先介紹了本課題的研究背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),介紹了本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及論文組織結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)提出了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分闡述了紅外觸摸屏的原理,介紹了紅外觸控系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),分別對(duì)硬件、固件、USB HID通訊及算法四個(gè)模塊做了詳細(xì)介紹。其中硬件模塊主要介紹了硬件電路,包括控制電路、掃描電路、信號(hào)處理電路和與USB通信電路:固件模塊主要介紹了幾種固件掃描方式,并做了對(duì)比分析;USB HID通訊模塊主要介紹了HID類的相關(guān)配置,以及如何進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸;算法模塊主要介紹了紅外觸摸屏多點(diǎn)定位的基本原理。第三部分是本文的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,首先詳細(xì)介紹了幾種紅外多點(diǎn)定位方案,對(duì)各個(gè)方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,提出了一種新型的基于多邊形相交的多點(diǎn)定位方案。然后詳細(xì)介紹了幾種紅外多點(diǎn)軌跡跟蹤方案,根據(jù)速度、加速度進(jìn)行軌跡預(yù)測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于全局組合最優(yōu)的軌跡跟蹤技術(shù)。最后針對(duì)復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的應(yīng)用,提出了一種基于觸摸屏自檢與自調(diào)整的抗強(qiáng)光干擾技術(shù)。第四部分完成了實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的搭建,在搭建過程中首先通過模擬量調(diào)試平臺(tái)與二值化調(diào)試平臺(tái)完成硬件和算法的調(diào)試,然后完成55英寸結(jié)構(gòu)樣機(jī)的搭建,在結(jié)構(gòu)樣機(jī)上進(jìn)行算法的測(cè)試。最后統(tǒng)計(jì)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。本論文的研究成果已成功應(yīng)用于批量上市的液晶電視上,為紅外多點(diǎn)觸控算法的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化奠定了基礎(chǔ),具有非常好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of touch control technology, the scope of application of touch screen is more and more extensive, in education industry, service industry, medical industry, Military industry can be seen everywhere. The increasingly mature touch technology has also brought an increase in the variety of touch products. In recent years, large size infrared touch screen with strong environmental adaptability, longer life, The advantages of more identifiable touch points have been recognized by the market and entered the blowout period. The first part of this paper introduces the research background and significance of this topic, the current research situation and development trend at home and abroad. This paper introduces the main research contents and the structure of the thesis, and puts forward the innovation of this paper. The second part describes the principle of the infrared touch screen, introduces the system design of the infrared touch control system. The four modules of firmware HID communication and algorithm are introduced in detail. The hardware module mainly introduces the hardware circuit, including control circuit, scanning circuit, Signal processing circuit and communication circuit with USB: firmware module mainly introduces several kinds of firmware scanning methods, and compares and analyzes HID communication module mainly introduces the related configuration of HID class and how to transmit data. The algorithm module mainly introduces the basic principle of infrared touch screen multi-point localization. The third part is the key content of this paper. Firstly, several infrared multi-point positioning schemes are introduced in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are compared and analyzed. In this paper, a new multi-point location scheme based on polygon intersection is proposed, and then several infrared multi-point trajectory tracking schemes are introduced in detail, which can predict the trajectory according to the velocity and acceleration. The trajectory tracking technology based on the global combination optimization is realized. Finally, aiming at the application in complex environment, a kind of anti-interference technology based on touch screen self-detection and self-adjustment is proposed. The experiment platform is built in 4th part. In the process of building, the hardware and algorithm are debugged by the analog debugging platform and the binary debugging platform, and then the 55 inch structure prototype is built. The algorithm is tested on the prototype of the structure. Finally, the test data are statistically analyzed and compared, and the experimental results are obtained. The research results of this paper have been successfully applied to the liquid crystal TV on the mass market. It lays a foundation for the further optimization of infrared multipoint touch control algorithm and has a very good economic benefit and broad market prospect.
