【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)大變倍比連續(xù)變焦距紅外光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的光學(xué)被動無熱化設(shè)計(jì),研究了連續(xù)變焦距系統(tǒng)的無熱化設(shè)計(jì)基本理論及方法。提出了在大相對孔徑大變倍比連續(xù)變焦距紅外系統(tǒng)中采用光學(xué)被動式消熱差的方法。推導(dǎo)出了連續(xù)變焦距系統(tǒng)光學(xué)被動消熱差的計(jì)算方法;谶@種計(jì)算方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一個焦距30~150mm,長波紅外工作波段在8~12μm,相對孔徑1∶1.1的大變倍比、大相對孔徑連續(xù)變焦距系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行光學(xué)被動消熱差設(shè)計(jì),使系統(tǒng)在-30℃~60℃溫度范圍內(nèi)MTF大于0.3滿足成像要求。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)合理,成像質(zhì)量滿足要求,通過系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)充分驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)理論的可行性和實(shí)用性。
