一種新的紅外連續(xù)變焦系統(tǒng)無熱化設(shè)計方法

【摘要】:針對紅外連續(xù)變焦系統(tǒng)受溫度影響導(dǎo)致變焦曲線變化、調(diào)焦補償復(fù)雜等問題,分析了溫度變化時系統(tǒng)各組件的相互關(guān)系,提出一種新的無熱化方法,通過變倍組和補償組的局部無熱化設(shè)計,使系統(tǒng)僅通過變倍組和補償組的線性平移就能對溫度影響進(jìn)行補償,變焦曲線不需改變,降低了調(diào)焦機構(gòu)的控制難度。采用該方法設(shè)計了12倍中波紅外連續(xù)變焦系統(tǒng),通過局部無熱化設(shè)計,僅通過一組變焦曲線以及隨溫度的線性平移,實現(xiàn)在25~300 mm焦距范圍、-45~50℃的全溫度范圍在30 lp/mm的MTF在0.3左右,接近衍射極限水平。具有連續(xù)變焦、高變倍比、變焦曲線無熱化、分辨率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、控制系統(tǒng)簡化等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems such as the change of zoom curve caused by temperature and the complexity of focusing compensation in infrared continuous zoom system, this paper analyzes the interrelation of various components of the system when the temperature changes, and puts forward a new non-thermal method. Through the local non-thermal design of the variable power group and the compensation group, the system can compensate the temperature effect only by the linear translation of the variable power group and the compensation group, and the zoom curve does not need to change. The control difficulty of focusing mechanism is reduced. Using this method, a 12 times infrared continuous zoom system is designed.
