【摘要】:CCD驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的設(shè)計(jì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)CCD各種設(shè)計(jì)功能的關(guān)鍵性因素,只有對(duì)其驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)設(shè)計(jì)的嚴(yán)格把關(guān),才會(huì)進(jìn)一步保證CCD器件后續(xù)工作的開(kāi)展。分析線陣CCD器件TCD1703C的驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序要求,采用QuartusⅡ軟件,選用Verilog HDL語(yǔ)言設(shè)計(jì)了各路驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序信號(hào)。將程序設(shè)計(jì)下載到FPGA器件中,通過(guò)邏輯分析儀對(duì)輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行了波形監(jiān)測(cè),驗(yàn)證了線陣CCD的驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。將產(chǎn)生的驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序信號(hào)接入CCD器件,不同光照入射的條件下,CCD在驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,正常工作并輸出了相應(yīng)的視頻信號(hào)。
