近紅外光源穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文針對近紅外光譜儀以及輻射定標(biāo)光源的應(yīng)用需求,設(shè)計(jì)了近紅外光源穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng),根據(jù)不同的應(yīng)用,使用不同的控制方式,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)光源輸出光強(qiáng)穩(wěn)定均勻。 由于電流比電壓對光功率的影響較大,故使用穩(wěn)流源作為光源的驅(qū)動電源,穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)控制穩(wěn)流源為20W或50W的鹵鎢燈提供穩(wěn)定的電流,電流范圍是0A~5.0000A,電流的不穩(wěn)定度小于0.06%。 等效型近紅外光譜儀針對不同的樣品,利用等效測量的方法通過光源系統(tǒng)的亮度可調(diào)穩(wěn)流單元調(diào)節(jié)控制光譜儀的20W鹵鎢燈的電流大。0~1.6667A),使光源穩(wěn)定輸出不同的光強(qiáng)度,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測量出不同的等效光譜數(shù)據(jù),光信號不穩(wěn)定度小于0.1%。 為了實(shí)驗(yàn)室光譜測量儀器輻射定標(biāo)中提供穩(wěn)定均勻的輻亮度光源,研制了一整套積分球輻射定標(biāo)光源。其結(jié)構(gòu)組成包括近紅外光源穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)、等色溫連續(xù)調(diào)光裝置和積分球。其中,穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)包括STM32微處理器、電信號采集單元、穩(wěn)流控制單元、光電探測單元、電信號的設(shè)定與顯示單元等。穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)利用等色溫調(diào)光裝置,通過步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動光欄轉(zhuǎn)盤控制進(jìn)入積分球入光口的光通量,保持積分球出光口能夠等色溫連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)輸出穩(wěn)定的光譜輻亮度。經(jīng)測試實(shí)驗(yàn)得,輻射定標(biāo)光源輸出的輻亮度范圍是0~2000cd/m2,非均勻性是0.5%,不穩(wěn)定性是0.35%,完全可滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of near infrared spectrometer and radiation calibration light source, a stability control system of near infrared light source is designed in this paper. According to different applications and different control methods, the light source output intensity is stable and uniform. Because the current ratio voltage has a great influence on the optical power, the stable current source is used as the driving power source of the light source. The stable control system controls the stable current source of 20W or 50W halogen tungsten lamp to provide the stable current. The current range is 0 A / V 5.0000A, and the instability of the current is less than 0.06. The equivalent near infrared spectrometer is used to control the current of the 20W halogen tungsten lamp of the spectrometer by using the method of equivalent measurement through the brightness adjustable and steady current unit of the light source system, so that the light source can output different light intensity stably. Different equivalent spectral data are measured experimentally. The optical signal instability is less than 0.1. In order to provide a stable and uniform radiance light source in the radiometric calibration of laboratory spectrometer, a whole set of integrated sphere radiation calibration light sources has been developed. Its structure consists of a stability control system of near infrared light source. Constant color temperature continuous dimming device and integral sphere. The stability control system includes a STM32 microprocessor, an electrical signal acquisition unit, a steady current control unit, and a photoelectric detection unit. The stable control system uses the same color temperature dimming device to control the flux of light entering the integrated sphere through the step motor driving the optical bar turntable. The measurement results show that the radiation calibration source output radiance range is 0 ~ 2000cd/ m ~ 2, the nonuniformity is 0.5cm / m ~ 2, and the instability is 0.35. it can completely meet the design requirements.
