基于LS-SVM的電力電子電路故障預(yù)測(cè)方法 [摘要]電力電子電路是整個(gè)電力電子設(shè)備中最關(guān)鍵的部分,面對(duì)其可能出現(xiàn)的故障及其嚴(yán)重后果,對(duì)其的故障預(yù)測(cè)就顯得尤其重要。為此,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有故障預(yù)測(cè)理論和方法,在總結(jié)前人經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文采用最小二乘支持向量機(jī)預(yù)測(cè)算法對(duì)電力電子電路進(jìn)行故障預(yù)測(cè)。具體內(nèi)容如下:
以基本降壓斬波電路為例,選擇電路輸出電壓作為監(jiān)測(cè)信號(hào),提取輸出電壓平均值及紋波值作為電路特征性能參數(shù),并利用LS-SVM 回歸預(yù)測(cè)算法實(shí)現(xiàn)故障預(yù)測(cè)。仿真結(jié)果表明,利用LS-SVM 對(duì)基本降壓斬波電路輸出平均電壓與輸出紋波電壓的預(yù)測(cè)相對(duì)誤差均低于2%,能夠跟蹤故障特征性能參數(shù)的變化趨勢(shì),有效實(shí)現(xiàn)電力電子電路故障預(yù)測(cè)。
