60GHz頻段的室內(nèi)與室外互傳的傳播特性測(cè)量與研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代多媒體和移動(dòng)通信業(yè)務(wù)的蓬勃發(fā)展,對(duì)于無(wú)線通信業(yè)務(wù)速率的需求已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的低速率的Kbit/s到Mbit/s,甚至更高的吉比特速率。傳統(tǒng)移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)提供不了這么高的速率,60GHz頻段的無(wú)線通信由于其高頻段、大帶寬傳輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),成為近年的研究熱點(diǎn)。本課題依托國(guó)家863項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行了60GHz信道建模技術(shù)和測(cè)試技術(shù)的研究,并提供了典型場(chǎng)景的測(cè)試報(bào)告。本文首先概述了60GHz無(wú)線通信研究的背景和現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界和產(chǎn)業(yè)界的最新研究作了總體介紹。詳細(xì)研究60GHz無(wú)線信道特性,并介紹了IEEE-802.11ad任務(wù)組給出的信道模型,簡(jiǎn)要描述了業(yè)內(nèi)在60GHz無(wú)線信道研究方面的各項(xiàng)進(jìn)展。針對(duì)第五代移動(dòng)通信候選頻段60GHz頻段,進(jìn)行無(wú)線信道的測(cè)量和建模領(lǐng)域關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了支持長(zhǎng)時(shí)間、多角度測(cè)量的自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)一套,并且進(jìn)行60GHz頻段一些典型應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的無(wú)線信道特性研究。在進(jìn)行大量測(cè)試的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)行60GHz頻段的室內(nèi)LOS和NLOS信道的大尺度信道建模,小尺度信道參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等。同時(shí),為了充分研究室內(nèi)室外互傳特性,特進(jìn)行不同材質(zhì)的穿透特性的測(cè)試,并進(jìn)行了一系列的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)。本文的研究結(jié)果為我國(guó)正在推進(jìn)的5G毫米波通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供了在實(shí)際環(huán)境的參考,同時(shí)也為為新的通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)等提供了重要的試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern multimedia and mobile communication services, The demand for wireless traffic rates has gone from the traditional low-rate Kbit/s to the Mbit / / s, or even higher, gigabit rates. Traditional mobile communication systems are far from providing such a high rate / 60 GHz wireless communication because of its high frequency band. The characteristics of large bandwidth transmission have become a hot research topic in recent years. Based on the national 863 project, the research of 60GHz channel modeling and testing technology is carried out. A test report of typical scenarios is provided. Firstly, the background and present situation of the research on 60GHz wireless communication are summarized, and the latest researches in academia and industry at home and abroad are introduced in general. The characteristics of 60GHz wireless channel are studied in detail. This paper also introduces the channel model given by IEEE-802.11ad task group, and briefly describes the progress in the research of 60GHz wireless channel. The key technologies in the field of wireless channel measurement and modeling are studied, and a set of automatic measurement system supporting long time and multi-angle measurement is designed. The wireless channel characteristics of some typical application scenarios in the 60GHz band are studied. On the basis of a large number of tests, the large-scale channel modeling of indoor LOS and NLOS channels in the 60GHz band, the statistical analysis of the small-scale channel parameters, and so on, are carried out. In order to fully study the characteristics of indoor and outdoor transmission, the penetration characteristics of different materials are tested. A series of comparative experiments have been carried out. The results of this paper provide a reference for the design of 5G millimeter wave communication system which is being promoted in China, and also provide a reference for the establishment of new communication standards and network planning. The field test provides an important test basis.
