【摘要】：逐次逼近型模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器由于電路復(fù)雜度較低,且功耗和速度等性能可以隨著集成電路工藝的進步而不斷提升,在高速、高精度ADC設(shè)計中被廣泛應(yīng)用。借助Matlab軟件環(huán)境下的Simulink工具,該文以14位SAR ADC為例給出了電路的行為級建模方法,分析了SAR ADC采樣頻率、輸入信號頻率以及內(nèi)部時鐘之間的關(guān)系,充分討論了Simulink下各模塊的具體實現(xiàn)并給出了仿真結(jié)果。該分析為SAR ADC的晶體管極電路設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)提供了重要參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The successive approximation A / D converter has low circuit complexity, and the performance of power consumption and speed can be continuously improved with the progress of integrated circuit technology, at high speed. High precision ADC design is widely used. With the help of Simulink tools in the Matlab software environment, this paper presents a behavior level modeling method of the circuit with a 14-bit SAR ADC as an example. The relationship among SAR ADC sampling frequency, input signal frequency and internal clock is analyzed. The realization of each module in Simulink is discussed and the simulation results are given. The analysis provides an important reference for the design and implementation of transistor pole circuit in SAR ADC.
