半導(dǎo)體激光白光照明關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:白光照明在人類生活和生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中扮演著十分重要的角色,基于半導(dǎo)體激光白光照明的光源具有體積小、耗能低、光色穩(wěn)定以及工作壽命長等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是很有發(fā)展前景的新一代固態(tài)照明光源,對(duì)其開展研究具有很重要的意義。本文針對(duì)半導(dǎo)體激光白光光源,采用藍(lán)光激光激發(fā)黃色熒光粉合成白光的方法,開展了系統(tǒng)的研究。采用的激發(fā)光源為447nm的激光二極管,熒光粉為YAG黃色熒光粉,為了提高光源的顯色性,本文還采用了一種紅色熒光粉。1.研究了熒光粉片濃度與厚度對(duì)白光光源色度學(xué)特性的影響,得到最佳樣品的色溫為4637K,顯色指數(shù)為71.6。2.研究了熒光粉片的形狀對(duì)白光光源色溫均勻性的影響,結(jié)果表明平凸透鏡型熒光粉片的光源色溫均勻性最佳,圓屋頂型熒光粉片的光源色溫均勻性次之,圓片型熒光粉片的光源色溫均勻性最差。3.研究了黃色熒光粉中添加紅色熒光粉對(duì)光源顯色指數(shù)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)通過添加紅色熒光粉,光源的顯色指數(shù)得到了明顯的提高,最高為83.4。4.研究分析了不同驅(qū)動(dòng)電流對(duì)光源色度學(xué)特性的影響,結(jié)果表明,在不同驅(qū)動(dòng)電流下,光源的色坐標(biāo)、色溫及顯色指數(shù)變化的幅度很小,其色坐標(biāo)差?yx???)005.0,005.0(,,光源很穩(wěn)定。5.利用Tracepro光學(xué)仿真軟件模擬設(shè)計(jì)了半導(dǎo)體激光白光光源的適用性封裝,得到了發(fā)光角度為20o的半導(dǎo)體激光白光光源。
[Abstract]:White light lighting plays a very important role in human life and production activities. The light source based on semiconductor laser white light lighting has the advantages of small volume, low energy consumption, stable light color and long working life. It is of great significance to study the new generation of solid-state illumination light source. In this paper, the blue laser is used to stimulate the yellow phosphor to synthesize white light. The excitation light source is 447nm laser diode, the phosphor is YAG yellow phosphor, in order to improve the color rendering of the light source. The influence of the concentration and thickness of phosphor on the chrominance characteristics of white light source was studied. The optimum color temperature of the sample was 4637 K. The color rendering index is 71.6.2.The effect of the shape of phosphor on the color uniformity of white light source is studied. The results show that the light source color temperature uniformity of flat convex lens phosphor is the best. The color temperature uniformity of the light source of the dome type phosphor is the second, and the color temperature uniformity of the circular phosphor is the worst. 3. The effect of the addition of red phosphor to the yellow phosphor on the color rendering index of the light source is studied. It is found that by adding red phosphors, the color rendering index of the light source is obviously increased, the maximum is 83.4.4.The effect of different driving current on the chrominance characteristics of the light source is studied and analyzed, the results show that. Under different driving currents, the color coordinate, color temperature and color rendering index of the light source vary very little, but the color coordinate is different. Yx? ? ? The light source is very stable .5.Using Tracepro optical simulation software, the suitability package of semiconductor laser white light source is designed. A semiconductor laser white light source with a luminescence angle of 20 o was obtained.
