AOTF-NIR寬帶功率超聲換能器阻抗匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著近紅外聲光可調(diào)濾波器(Near Infrared Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter,AOTF-NIR)光譜成像技術(shù)在深空探測(cè)的廣泛應(yīng)用,超聲換能器作為AOTF-NIR核心部件,對(duì)其工作帶寬、光譜衍射效率及功率效率提出了更高的要求.超聲換能器在不同頻率下具有不同的輸入阻抗,當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)源輸出阻抗與換能器輸入阻抗失配時(shí)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生能量損耗,導(dǎo)致無(wú)法把功率最大限度的傳遞給換能器,從而使AOTF-NIR光譜衍射效率降低,影響光譜靈敏度.該文通過(guò)射頻電路先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)(Advanced Design System,ADS)仿真及實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,運(yùn)用濾波器網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,采用LC無(wú)耗儲(chǔ)能元件設(shè)計(jì)了一種帶通型寬帶匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò).最終在60-120MHz帶寬范圍內(nèi)阻抗匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò)的回波損耗S_(11)-29.8d B,阻抗匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò)功率效率達(dá)到90%以上.通過(guò)不斷地微調(diào)優(yōu)化匹配阻抗值及LC參數(shù)值,以此來(lái)提高光譜衍射效率,使光譜衍射效率最高達(dá)90%以上,提高了在620-1150nm波段內(nèi)的光譜靈敏度及光譜成像清晰度.
[Abstract]:With near infrared acoustooptic tunable filter near Infrared Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter. AOTF-NIR-based spectral imaging technology is widely used in deep space detection. As a core component of AOTF-NIR, ultrasonic transducer has a wide bandwidth. Higher spectral diffraction efficiency and higher power efficiency are required. Ultrasonic transducers have different input impedance at different frequencies. When the output impedance of the driving signal source is mismatched with the input impedance of the transducer, the energy loss will occur, and the maximum power can not be transferred to the transducer, thus reducing the diffraction efficiency of the AOTF-NIR spectrum. This paper applies filter network theory through simulation and experimental test of Advanced Design system ads, an advanced RF circuit design system. A bandpass broadband matching network is designed by using LC energy storage element. Finally, the echo loss of impedance matching network is 11- 29.8dB in the range of 60-120MHz bandwidth. The power efficiency of impedance matching network is more than 90%. The spectral diffraction efficiency can be improved by constantly fine-tuning the matching impedance and LC parameters, and the spectral diffraction efficiency is up to 90%. The spectral sensitivity and spectral imaging clarity are improved in the 620-1150nm band.
