【摘要】:目前在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中涉及到鋼鐵冶煉的行業(yè)眾多,采用怎樣的方法能對鋼水溫度做出準確的測量是不斷探索和研究的熱點理論。目前鋼鐵冶煉過程中大多采用傳統(tǒng)的熱電偶作為鋼水溫度的測量工具。為了探索新型有效的測溫方法,根據(jù)熱輻射原理,設計了基于紅外熱像的溫度檢測系統(tǒng)。以熱輻射定律為理論基礎,以比色測溫理論為技術手段,研究紅外熱像的鋼水溫度測量。測量誤差控制在1%。為了使鋼水溫度測量誤差更小,需要進行比色測溫波段的選擇,選取合適的紅外濾光片,為紅外熱像測溫系統(tǒng)提供更加精確的數(shù)據(jù)。由紅外CCD相機采集鋼水的圖像,把采集到的圖像進行信號處理傳輸給計算機,經(jīng)過計算機的特征信號提取,把提取的特征數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過分析計算,最后達到準確測溫的目的。圖像處理方面,采用Harr小波函數(shù)來對圖像分析,進行了灰度化、分解、去噪、重構等處理步驟。經(jīng)小波分析后的圖像去除了大部分沒用的干擾因素,使得需提取的特征量更為突出,為測溫系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)提取提供了可靠保障。經(jīng)實驗證明,紅外熱像測溫系統(tǒng)能夠以非接觸式的方法實現(xiàn)對爐內鋼水溫度的準確測量并真實再現(xiàn)熔池表面溫度場情況,達到了測量精度和設計要求,彌補了傳統(tǒng)熱電偶測溫的不足,具有較強的實用性和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many industries involved in iron and steel smelting in industrial production. How to measure the temperature of molten steel accurately is a hot topic in the research. At present, the traditional thermocouple is used as the measuring tool of molten steel temperature in order to explore new ways. Type A effective temperature measurement method. According to the principle of thermal radiation, the temperature detection system based on infrared thermal image is designed, which is based on the theory of thermal radiation law and colorimetric temperature measurement theory as a technical means. The image after wavelet analysis removed most of the useless interference factors, so that the feature quantity to be extracted is more prominent, which provides a reliable guarantee for the data extraction of the temperature measurement system. The infrared thermal image temperature measurement system can accurately measure the molten steel temperature in the furnace by non-contact method and reproduce the surface temperature field of the molten pool. The measurement accuracy and design requirements are achieved. It makes up for the deficiency of traditional thermocouple temperature measurement, and has strong practicability and popularization value.
