【摘要】:在科技越來越發(fā)達(dá)的今天,激光技術(shù)逐漸成為我們生活中不可或缺的一項新型科技。從軍事領(lǐng)域到醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域,從工業(yè)設(shè)備到商業(yè)應(yīng)用,我們的日常生活中越來越離不開激光標(biāo)刻技術(shù)的支持。從20世紀(jì)末人們發(fā)明激光以來,它的作用就一直沒有被取代過。在人們發(fā)明了半導(dǎo)體、原子能、計算機(jī)之后,激光技術(shù)作為第四大發(fā)明逐漸走上了歷史的舞臺。它的測量精度高,切割技術(shù)快而準(zhǔn),光子能量大而穩(wěn),可以用作工業(yè)測量,材料切割以及光源發(fā)光。由于其高能量的特性,使得激光在國內(nèi)外各大領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用都極其的廣泛。近些年來,激光標(biāo)刻技術(shù)逐漸被人們所重視。激光標(biāo)刻技術(shù)是利用激光高能量的特性在材料表面進(jìn)行圖形圖案的標(biāo)刻,是激光技術(shù)中最重要的應(yīng)用之一。激光標(biāo)刻所作用的材料范圍非常的廣泛,從各種金屬材料,如工廠的軸承、各種五金工具,到各式各樣的非金屬材料,如木材家具的標(biāo)刻、玻璃的標(biāo)刻、陶瓷布料的標(biāo)刻、塑料飾品的標(biāo)刻、橡膠工具的標(biāo)刻等等,實現(xiàn)標(biāo)記任意圖像、文字、條形碼、二維碼,實現(xiàn)標(biāo)刻序列號、批號、日期。激光所標(biāo)刻的字符甚至可以小到微米級別,對商品的防偽標(biāo)記有著無可替代的重要用途。激光標(biāo)刻除了作用的材料范圍廣之外,其可以打標(biāo)的圖案的范圍也是非常廣的,在這些圖案中,尤其以漢字的標(biāo)刻最為重要。漢字的標(biāo)刻主要應(yīng)用在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,由于激光對材料的標(biāo)記有著不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的特性,對于商品的標(biāo)記,產(chǎn)品的防偽都有著無法超越的意義。通過激光標(biāo)刻文字,不僅效率高,而且清晰易懂,對于材料的損害小,對于保持產(chǎn)品的美觀程度有著極大的幫助。本文在激光標(biāo)刻的背景下,實現(xiàn)激光標(biāo)刻漢字的第一個步驟,即提取漢字的輪廓。本文的目的是在Visual Studio的環(huán)境下,利用VC++語言,使用計算機(jī)圖形學(xué)中的二次貝塞爾曲線和Open CV視覺類庫,實現(xiàn)True Type字體輪廓的提取技術(shù)。完成了激光標(biāo)刻漢字的準(zhǔn)備工作,為下一步打標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)做出鋪墊。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, laser technology is becoming an indispensable new technology in our daily life, from military field to medical field, from industrial equipment to commercial application. Our daily lives are increasingly inseparable from the support of laser marking technology. Since the invention of laser in late 20th century, its role has not been replaced. In the invention of semiconductors, atomic energy. After the computer, laser technology, as the fourth great invention, gradually stepped onto the stage of history. It has high measuring precision, fast and accurate cutting technology, high and steady photon energy, and can be used as industrial measurement. Because of its high energy characteristics, laser is widely used in various fields at home and abroad. In recent years. Laser marking technology is gradually paid attention to. Laser marking technology is the use of the characteristics of high energy laser on the surface of materials for the marking of graphics. Laser marking is one of the most important applications of laser technology. Laser marking acts on a wide range of materials, from various metal materials, such as factory bearings, various hardware tools, to a wide range of non-metallic materials. Such as wood furniture marking, glass marking, ceramic fabric marking, plastic jewelry marking, rubber tool marking and so on, the realization of marking arbitrary images, text, bar code, two-dimensional code, to achieve marking serial number. Batch number, date. Laser marked characters can even be small to micron level, the anti-counterfeiting marking of commodities has an irreplaceable important use. Laser marking in addition to the wide range of materials. The range of patterns that can be marked is also very wide. In these patterns, especially the marking of Chinese characters is the most important. The marking of Chinese characters is mainly used in the field of industry. Because of the irreversibility of the marking of materials by laser, the anti-counterfeiting of the products has an insuperable significance for the marking of commodities. By means of laser marking, it is not only efficient but also clear and easy to understand. It is of great help to keep the beautiful degree of the product. In the background of laser marking, the first step of laser marking Chinese character engraving is realized. The purpose of this paper is to use VC language in the environment of Visual Studio. By using the quadratic Bezier curve and Open CV visual class library in computer graphics, the extraction technology of True Type font outline is realized, and the preparation of laser marking Chinese character is completed. For the next marking of the realization of making the groundwork.
