【摘要】:為了提高發(fā)光二極管(LED)的散熱性能,基于煙囪效應(yīng)原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一種特殊的直筒式煙囪結(jié)構(gòu)的LED冷卻用散熱器。通過Solidworks軟件構(gòu)建三維模型,利用其插件Flow Simulation對構(gòu)建的模型進(jìn)行熱仿真。研究了不同煙囪高度、通風(fēng)口形狀和大小對煙囪效應(yīng)散熱效果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:煙囪效應(yīng)有效地提高了散熱器的對流散熱性能。當(dāng)煙囪高度為50mm、通風(fēng)口等效直徑為8mm、通風(fēng)口形狀為梯形時(shí),LED最高溫度為61.60℃,比優(yōu)化前降低了6.54℃。與傳統(tǒng)散熱器對比,LED最高溫度降低了8.89℃。實(shí)驗(yàn)中4個(gè)監(jiān)測點(diǎn)的實(shí)際溫度與仿真所得溫度的平均誤差為4.0%,在允許范圍內(nèi),驗(yàn)證了以上研究的正確性。所設(shè)計(jì)的散熱器可以很好地滿足自然對流條件下LED的工作要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of LED, the principle of chimney effect is used. A special LED cooling radiator with straight chimney structure is designed, and the 3D model is constructed by Solidworks software. The model was simulated by Flow Simulation, and different chimney heights were studied. The effect of the shape and size of the vent on the heat dissipation effect of the chimney effect. The results show that the chimney effect can effectively improve the convection heat transfer performance of the radiator when the height of the chimney is 50 mm.
