【摘要】:采用2個(gè)雙端差分輸入放大器(DDIA),設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型高精度曲率補(bǔ)償?shù)膸痘鶞?zhǔn)源。其中一個(gè)DDIA產(chǎn)生PTAT電流,得到1階補(bǔ)償?shù)幕鶞?zhǔn)電壓,另一個(gè)DDIA產(chǎn)生與溫度非線性相關(guān)的補(bǔ)償電壓,對(duì)基準(zhǔn)電壓的溫度曲線進(jìn)行曲率補(bǔ)償,得到高階溫度補(bǔ)償?shù)膮⒖茧妷。該電路基于SMIC 0.18μm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CMOS工藝,仿真結(jié)果表明:在3.3V電源電壓下,基準(zhǔn)輸出電壓為1.171 9V;在-40℃~125℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),溫度系數(shù)為1.48×10~(-6)/℃;低頻率時(shí),電源抑制比(PSRR)為-66dB。電源電壓在2.5~4V范圍內(nèi),線性調(diào)整率為0.6mV/V。
[Abstract]:A new bandgap reference source with high precision curvature compensation is designed by using two two-terminal differential input amplifiers. One of the DDIA generates PTAT current and obtains the first order compensated reference voltage. Another DDIA generates compensation voltage related to temperature nonlinearity, which compensates the temperature curve of reference voltage by curvature compensation. The reference voltage of high-order temperature compensation is obtained. The circuit is based on SMIC 0.18 渭 m standard CMOS process.
