【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)建模方法的復(fù)雜陶瓷產(chǎn)品建模精度無法得到有效保證,為此提出基于激光三維掃描的陶瓷產(chǎn)品實(shí)體建模方法。首先依據(jù)激光三維掃描和坐標(biāo)定位原理,構(gòu)建一種適用于陶瓷產(chǎn)品的三維掃描模型,提取激光點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)集合,然后對(duì)點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理和特征點(diǎn)拼接,提取陶瓷產(chǎn)品點(diǎn)云集合的幾何特征,最后征進(jìn)行多視角點(diǎn)云全面配準(zhǔn),完成對(duì)陶瓷產(chǎn)品三維實(shí)體模型的構(gòu)建。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,激光掃描建模方法速度快、精度高、能夠?qū)⒔Ｕ`差控制在一個(gè)較低的水平。
[Abstract]:The modeling accuracy of traditional modeling method for complex ceramic products can not be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, a solid modeling method of ceramic products based on laser 3D scanning is proposed. Firstly, the principles of laser 3D scanning and coordinate positioning are used. A 3D scanning model suitable for ceramic products was constructed to extract the laser point cloud data set. Then the point cloud data was preprocessed and the feature points were spliced to extract the geometric features of the point cloud set of ceramic products. Finally, the multi-angle point cloud registration is carried out, and the 3D solid model of ceramic products is constructed. The simulation results show that the laser scanning modeling method is fast and accurate. The modeling error can be controlled at a lower level.
