【摘要】:隨著激光技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展以及優(yōu)質(zhì)聲光晶體材料的不斷開(kāi)發(fā),基于聲光互作用原理的聲光器件已廣泛應(yīng)用于激光大屏幕圖文顯示、激光外差干涉技術(shù)和其他高精度測(cè)量等領(lǐng)域。集衍射效率高、工作頻率高等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)的布喇格型聲光調(diào)制器是目前普遍使用的一種聲光器件。為了使聲光調(diào)制器具有良好的工作性能,針對(duì)布喇格型聲光調(diào)制器設(shè)計(jì)了一種衍射光強(qiáng)灰度值隨數(shù)字調(diào)制電壓成線性變化的48級(jí)灰度線性聲光調(diào)制器驅(qū)動(dòng)源。該聲光調(diào)制器驅(qū)動(dòng)源的電路設(shè)計(jì)主要包括兩大模塊:數(shù)字電壓控制電路和射頻驅(qū)動(dòng)電路。數(shù)字電壓控制電路的作用是為了產(chǎn)生48檔次的數(shù)字控制電壓,其經(jīng)射頻驅(qū)動(dòng)電路中的電平轉(zhuǎn)換電路進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)化后成為48檔次的數(shù)字調(diào)制電壓,進(jìn)而對(duì)射頻驅(qū)動(dòng)電路中的高頻載波信號(hào)進(jìn)行幅度調(diào)制,使聲光調(diào)制器驅(qū)動(dòng)源輸出相應(yīng)的射頻驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)并驅(qū)動(dòng)聲光器件。通過(guò)聲光調(diào)制實(shí)驗(yàn)得到對(duì)應(yīng)的衍射光強(qiáng)灰度值并顯示相應(yīng)的灰度等級(jí)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,衍射光強(qiáng)灰度值與數(shù)字調(diào)制信號(hào)成非線性關(guān)系。針對(duì)聲光器件固有的非線性特性,通過(guò)線性電壓補(bǔ)償技術(shù)得到補(bǔ)償后的衍射光強(qiáng)灰度值與數(shù)字調(diào)制電壓的線性相關(guān)系數(shù)為97.73%,比補(bǔ)償前提高了7.06%,灰度等級(jí)增至48級(jí),比補(bǔ)償前增加了18個(gè)等級(jí)。之后,通過(guò)音頻聲光通信實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試了該系統(tǒng)對(duì)音頻信號(hào)的傳輸性能,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在一定的幅度變化范圍內(nèi),所設(shè)計(jì)的音頻聲光通信系統(tǒng)具有非常好的線性傳輸性能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of laser technology and the continuous development of high quality acousto-optic crystal materials, acoustooptic devices based on acousto-optic interaction have been widely used in large laser screen graphics and text display. Laser heterodyne interferometry and other areas of high precision measurement. High diffraction efficiency. Bragg type acoustooptic modulator, which has many advantages such as high operating frequency, is a widely used acousto-optic device. In order to make the acousto-optic modulator have good performance. For Bragg acousto-optic modulator, a 48-stage gray linear acousto-optic modulator driving source is designed, in which the intensity of diffracted light varies linearly with the digital modulation voltage. The circuit design of the acousto-optic modulator mainly includes the circuit design of the driving source of the acousto-optic modulator. Two modules:. Digital voltage control circuit and RF drive circuit. The function of digital voltage control circuit is to generate 48 grades of digital control voltage. It is further transformed into 48 grades of digital modulation voltage by the level conversion circuit in the RF drive circuit, and then the amplitude modulation of the high frequency carrier signal in the RF drive circuit is carried out. The acousto-optic modulator can output the corresponding RF driving signal and drive the acousto-optic device. The corresponding intensity gray value of diffractive light is obtained by acousto-optic modulation experiment and the corresponding gray scale is displayed. The experimental results show that. The intensity of diffractive light has a nonlinear relationship with the digital modulation signal, aiming at the inherent nonlinear characteristics of acousto-optic devices. The linear correlation coefficient between the intensity of diffractive light and the digital modulation voltage is 97.73 by linear voltage compensation, which is 7.06 higher than that before compensation, and the grayscale is increased to 48. After that, the transmission performance of the system to audio signal is tested by audio acousto-optic communication experiment. The experimental results show that the system is in a certain range of amplitude change. The designed audio acoustooptic communication system has very good linear transmission performance.
