【摘要】:微波輸能窗是微波電真空器件的重要組成部分。輸能窗除了能保證微波電子器件工作在真空條件下外,還要在保證在反射盡量小的情況下使微波能夠順利地輸入與輸出,同時避免管內(nèi)震蕩的產(chǎn)生。盒型窗具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔、工藝成熟、冷測帶寬較寬等優(yōu)點,加之窗片表面電場較弱,峰值功率承受能力強,在結(jié)構(gòu)上易于冷卻,在行波管、磁控管、回旋管、速調(diào)管和加速器等領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛使用。在以往對盒型窗的研究中,大多是針對陶瓷窗片進行設(shè)計和仿真,本文將主要從藍寶石和CVD金剛石窗片出發(fā)進行討論和仿真設(shè)計,同時對各種窗片材料做了歸納、分析和比較。在輸能窗結(jié)構(gòu)上大部分學(xué)者仍采用的是經(jīng)典盒型窗結(jié)構(gòu),但也有學(xué)者在盒型窗中加入感性膜片以達到匹配,還有學(xué)者采用具有截止波導(dǎo)的盒型窗結(jié)構(gòu)和具有漸變結(jié)的窗結(jié)構(gòu)。在本文中采用突變結(jié)盒型窗結(jié)構(gòu)分析等效電路理論,并在使用藍寶石情況下對等效電路進行了拓展討論。本文仿真設(shè)計了藍寶石材料和金剛石材料窗片輸能窗以及太赫茲頻段的輸能窗。經(jīng)過設(shè)計仿真發(fā)現(xiàn),藍寶石和金剛石適合于高頻段的盒型窗要求。本文的工作包括以下幾個部分:對盒型窗的傳統(tǒng)等效電路理論進行了分析和推導(dǎo),并在藍寶石作為窗片材料的情況下對盒型窗等效電路理論做了延伸討論。系統(tǒng)地列舉并比較了各種窗片材料,重點論述了藍寶石和CVD金剛石的結(jié)構(gòu)及其特點,分析了功率和電壓定義的阻抗比公式,對傳統(tǒng)理論進行了有益的歸納和補充。在越來越多學(xué)者選擇窗片材料時逐漸傾向于寶石材料的形勢下,對等效電路理論中寶石材料的分析和討論具有一定的理論意義。分析和闡述了盒型窗中出現(xiàn)魔模的原因和避免方法,推導(dǎo)了窗片溫升的計算公式。本文仿真設(shè)計了一款藍寶石窗片盒型窗,并結(jié)合項目需要加工制作了樣品并進行了測試,測試結(jié)果顯示其性能滿足項目需求。本文還仿真設(shè)計了一款W波段的CVD金剛石輸能窗和一款頻率為180GHz-220GHz的太赫茲輸能窗,仿真結(jié)果說明CVD金剛石作為太赫茲窗窗片在理論上具有一定的可取性。
[Abstract]:Window is an important part of microwave vacuum devices. The microwave energy transmission window in addition to ensure microwave electronic devices work under vacuum conditions, but also in the guarantee in the reflection as small as possible situation that the microwave can easily input and output, while avoiding the shock tube. Box type window has simple structure. The cold test has the advantages of mature technology, wide bandwidth, and the window of the surface electric field is weak, the peak power capability, easy cooling in the structure, the traveling wave tube, gyrotron, magnetron, klystron and accelerators are widely used. In the past research on box type window, mostly for design and Simulation of ceramic window, the window of CVD sapphire and diamond are discussed and the simulation design, while a variety of window materials were summarized, analyzed and compared. The energy transmission window structure of large part of scholars still Use the box type window structure, but there are also scholars to join the perceptual diaphragm in box type window to achieve matching, there are scholars with box type window structure and cutoff waveguide with graded junction window structure. By mutation analysis of the equivalent circuit theory of junction box type window structure in this paper, and the use of sapphire in the situation the equivalent circuit for a discussion. In this paper, the sapphire material and diamond window energy transmission window and terahertz transmission window. Through the design simulation, box type window sapphire and diamond is suitable for high frequency requirements. The work of this paper includes the following parts: the theory of the traditional equivalent circuit of box type window are analyzed and deduced, and the sapphire as the window material box type window equivalent circuit theory of the extended discussion. Systematically lists and compares a variety of window materials, Discusses the structure and characteristics of sapphire and diamond CVD, analyzed the power and voltage defined by the impedance ratio formula, the traditional theories and the beneficial supplement. The choice of window material in more and more scholars tend to gem material situation, equivalence has certain theoretical analysis and discussion of gem materials. In the circuit theory. Analysis and explains the reasons for magic mold box type window and avoid method to deduce the calculation formula of window temperature rise. In this paper, a sapphire window box type window, and combined with the project needs to be processed samples and tested. The test results show that its performance meets the needs of the project. This paper also designed a CVD diamond W band energy transmission window and a frequency of 180GHz-220GHz THz energy transmission window, the simulation results show that CVD diamond as terahertz window The window film has a certain degree of desirability in theory.
