【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是以知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)為重要特征的時(shí)代,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高度發(fā)達(dá),企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體。企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展離不開(kāi)科學(xué)有效的管理,所以強(qiáng)化管理、提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力顯得尤為重要。戰(zhàn)略管理在企業(yè)管理中占有重要的位置,是企業(yè)管理的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),戰(zhàn)略管理為企業(yè)提供了指引,幫助企業(yè)指明方向,對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的作用。因此,研究不同企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略具有明顯的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本文根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略理論,運(yùn)用PEST分析、波特五力分析、資源和能力分析、SWOT分析等戰(zhàn)略分析工具,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析、實(shí)地調(diào)研等研究方法,分析了聯(lián)強(qiáng)國(guó)際昆明分公司的基本情況、目前經(jīng)營(yíng)情況、存在的問(wèn)題、公司面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,進(jìn)而提出了聯(lián)強(qiáng)國(guó)際昆明分公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略和中長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo),對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了定位和選擇,制定了實(shí)施既定策略和目標(biāo)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is the important feature of the era of knowledge economy, the highly developed market economy, enterprises have become the main body of the market economy. The healthy development of the enterprise cannot do without scientific and effective management, so to strengthen management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is particularly important. The strategic management occupies an important position in the enterprise management, is a key part of the enterprise management, strategic management provides guidance for the enterprise, help the direction of enterprise, the enterprise to achieve the target, plays an important role in realizing the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, business strategy has obvious practical value of different enterprises. According to the strategic theory, using PEST analysis, Potter five forces analysis, resources and capacity analysis SWOT analysis and strategic analysis tools, the use of literature analysis, case analysis, field research and other research methods, analyzes the basic situation of Synnex Kunming branch At present, operating conditions, the problems facing the company's internal and external environment, and then puts forward the Synnex Kunming branch of the business strategy and long-term business objectives, the orientation and choice of its business strategy, to develop security measures to implement the established strategy and objectives.
