【摘要】:為了提高激光測距的精度與穩(wěn)定性,通過改良傳統(tǒng)相位激光測距儀,設(shè)計了新型正交調(diào)制降頻與最小二乘法解相位的相位式激光測距儀。使用反射鏡實現(xiàn)內(nèi)外測距光路,通過正交調(diào)制技術(shù)對發(fā)射激光進(jìn)行幅度調(diào)制,接收模塊接收到的回波信號經(jīng)過混頻器后再經(jīng)過低通濾波器將回波信號降頻,降低解相難度并提升解相精度。改用分時測量得到距離相位從而消除二次混頻方法所產(chǎn)生的附加相移,分別對內(nèi)外光路低頻回波信號采樣進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換后使用最小二乘法求解相位。采用多頻率調(diào)制測量兼顧激光測距范圍與測量精度,最后通過超定方程解模糊算法求解多頻測距的待測距離。在國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基線上進(jìn)行樣機(jī)測試,實驗結(jié)果表明,在60m量程內(nèi)正交調(diào)制激光測距儀的測量平均誤差控制在1.5mm以內(nèi),測距量程內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差保持在0.9mm以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy and stability of laser ranging, the traditional phase laser rangefinder is improved. A new phase laser rangefinder is designed, in which the frequency reduction of orthogonal modulation and the phase of the phase are solved by the least square method. The reflection mirror is used to realize the optical path of internal and external ranging, and the amplitude modulation of the emitting laser is carried out by the orthogonal modulation technique. The echo signal received by the receiving module passes through the mixer and then through the low-pass filter to reduce the frequency of the echo signal. In order to reduce the difficulty of phase resolution and improve the precision of phase resolution, the distance phase can be obtained by time-sharing measurement to eliminate the additional phase shift generated by the secondary mixing method. The phase is solved by the least square method after the sampling of the low frequency echo signal of the internal and external optical path is carried out respectively. The range of laser ranging and the measuring precision are taken into account in the measurement of multi-frequency modulation. Finally, the distance to be measured is solved by solving the fuzzy algorithm of overdetermined equation. The prototype test is carried out on the baseline of national standard, and the experimental results show that. The average error of the laser rangefinder with orthogonal modulation is controlled within 1.5 mm and the standard deviation of the range is kept within 0.9 mm within 60 m range.
