【摘要】：針對(duì)無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng)中射頻功率放大器的非線性失真問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)字預(yù)失真結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)償功放的非線性特性。然而,OFDM信號(hào)的高峰均比使功放工作在飽和區(qū),產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的非線性飽和失真,并且產(chǎn)生這種飽和失真的非線性很難通過(guò)數(shù)字預(yù)失真得到補(bǔ)償,因此提出了聯(lián)合峰均比抑制的數(shù)字預(yù)失真新結(jié)構(gòu)。峰均比抑制采用選擇映射法和壓擴(kuò)變換相結(jié)合的融合算法,最大限度降低功放輸入信號(hào)的峰均比,避免功放工作在飽和區(qū),提高功放效率。為了優(yōu)化聯(lián)合結(jié)構(gòu)的收斂速度提出自適應(yīng)LS-LMS算法,并應(yīng)用到基于記憶多項(xiàng)式模型的數(shù)字預(yù)失真間接學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)構(gòu)中。仿真結(jié)果表明,聯(lián)合峰均比抑制的自適應(yīng)數(shù)字預(yù)失真性能優(yōu)于單獨(dú)的自適應(yīng)數(shù)字預(yù)失真,能夠有效地消除高峰均比信號(hào)通過(guò)功放飽和區(qū)產(chǎn)生的非線性失真。
[Abstract]:The nonlinear distortion problem of RF power amplifier in wireless communication system is studied. The digital predistortion structure is designed to compensate the nonlinear characteristics of power amplifier. The peak to average ratio of OFDM signal makes the power amplifier work in the saturation region, resulting in serious nonlinear saturation distortion, and the nonlinear caused by this saturation distortion is difficult to be compensated by digital predistortion. Therefore, a new digital predistortion structure with combined PAPR suppression is proposed. PAPR suppression uses the combination of selective mapping method and compression and spread transform to minimize the PAPR of input signals of power amplifier. In order to optimize the convergence rate of the joint structure, an adaptive LS-LMS algorithm is proposed to avoid the power amplifier working in the saturation region and improve the efficiency of the amplifier. The simulation results show that the adaptive digital predistortion performance of combined peak-to-average ratio suppression is better than that of individual adaptive digital predistortion. It can effectively eliminate the nonlinear distortion caused by the peak to average ratio signal passing through the saturation region of the amplifier.
