【摘要】:X射線激光是一種短波長(zhǎng)激光,它的顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)是脈沖短、亮度高、相干性好、頻率范圍窄。X射線激光在X射線成像,激光等離子體診斷,材料科學(xué)等領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛。實(shí)現(xiàn)X射線激光輸出的方案有多種,其中,毛細(xì)管放電泵浦方案為X射線激光的小型化、實(shí)用化開辟了一片新領(lǐng)域。目前,采用毛細(xì)管放電泵浦方案已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了類氖氬46.9nm和69.8nm,類氖硫60.8nm,類氖氯52.9nm一共四個(gè)波長(zhǎng)的軟X射線激光輸出。對(duì)于類氖氬46.9nm軟X射線激光的研究技術(shù)比較成熟,但是國(guó)際上對(duì)于增益介質(zhì)同為氬的8價(jià)離子的類氖氬69.8nm激光的報(bào)道卻相對(duì)較少。本論文在理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)方面對(duì)類氖氬69.8nm激光強(qiáng)度的空間分布特性進(jìn)行了研究。理論上分別針對(duì)在軸心處有輕微凹陷的電子密度分布和拋物線電子密度分布的情況,首先利用幾何光學(xué)近似的方法研究了69.8nm軟X射線激光在圓柱形等離子體柱中的傳播軌跡,之后結(jié)合光線在等離子體柱中的增益情況計(jì)算了從等離子體柱端面和側(cè)面出射光線的光強(qiáng)空間分布。此外,通過改變影響激光光強(qiáng)空間分布的等離子體參數(shù)如電子密度,等離子體柱半徑,等離子體柱長(zhǎng)度等,研究了不同等離子體狀態(tài)下激光的光強(qiáng)空間分布變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)上通過改變影響激光輸出的放電條件如電流,初始?xì)鈮?毛細(xì)管長(zhǎng)度研究了不同條件下69.8nm激光的光強(qiáng)空間分布特性。對(duì)比理論計(jì)算,分析了實(shí)驗(yàn)上得到的不同放電條件下光強(qiáng)空間分布曲線所對(duì)應(yīng)的等離子體狀態(tài)參數(shù)如電子密度,等離子體柱半徑等的分布情況。對(duì)毛細(xì)管放電軟X射線激光強(qiáng)度空間分布特性的研究有利于判斷激光輸出時(shí)的等離子體各項(xiàng)物理參數(shù)的分布特性,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)軟X射線激光的增益放大,改善光束質(zhì)量具有很好的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:X-ray laser is a kind of short wavelength laser, which has the advantages of short pulse, high brightness, good coherence, narrow frequency range in X-ray imaging, laser plasma diagnosis. Materials science and other fields are widely used. There are many ways to realize X-ray laser output. Among them, capillary discharge pump scheme opens up a new field for the miniaturization of X-ray laser. Ne-like argon 46.9 nm and 69.8 nm, neon-like sulfur 60.8 nm have been realized by capillary discharge pumping scheme. Ne-like chlorine (52.9 nm) soft X-ray laser with four wavelengths is produced. The research technology of Ne-like argon 46.9 nm soft X-ray laser is relatively mature. However, there have been relatively few reports on Ne-like argon 69.8 nm laser with the same gain medium as argon in the world. The spatial distribution of Ne-like argon 69.8 nm laser intensity in theory and experiment has been studied in this paper. In theory, the electron density distribution and parabola electron density distribution with slight indentation at the axis are studied. Firstly, the propagation trajectory of a 69.8 nm soft X-ray laser in a cylindrical plasma column is studied by means of geometric optical approximation. Then the spatial distribution of the light intensity from the end and side of the plasma column is calculated according to the gain of the beam in the plasma column. The plasma parameters such as electron density, plasma column radius, plasma column length and so on, which affect the spatial distribution of laser intensity, are changed. The spatial distribution of laser intensity in different plasma states is studied experimentally by changing the discharge conditions such as current and initial pressure which affect the laser output. The spatial distribution of light intensity of 69.8 nm laser at different conditions has been studied by capillary length. The plasma state parameters, such as electron density, corresponding to the spatial distribution curve of light intensity under different discharge conditions are analyzed. The study on the spatial distribution of soft X-ray laser intensity in capillary discharge is helpful to judge the distribution characteristics of the plasma physical parameters in laser output. It is of great significance to realize the gain amplification of soft X-ray laser and improve the beam quality.
