【摘要】:基于光纖布拉格光柵(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)的預應力釋放和應變測量原理,提出了一種用于水下鋼筋混凝土結構中鋼筋腐蝕監(jiān)測的FBG鋼筋腐蝕傳感器。傳感器以兩根FBG為核心元件,將FBG-1預拉后緊密纏繞、固定于精細加工過的鋼筋件表面,用于監(jiān)測腐蝕產(chǎn)物流失導致的預應力松弛;將FBG-2安裝于鋼筋件的軸向通孔中,作為溫度補償器用于消除FBG-1的溫度交叉敏感效應。為了提高傳感器的成活率,將傳感器封裝在砂漿中,并且推導了被測鋼筋件的質量腐蝕率計算公式。通過電化學加速腐蝕實驗研究了傳感器的工作性能,通過監(jiān)測FBG的波長變化來測量鋼筋的腐蝕程度。實驗結果表明,FBG鋼筋腐蝕傳感器可以監(jiān)測水下鋼筋混凝土結構中的鋼筋腐蝕,并且具有較大的測量范圍、較高的靈敏度和穩(wěn)定性,適用于港口碼頭、橋墩、水壩、蓄水池等鋼筋混凝土結構中的鋼筋腐蝕監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:The principle of prestress release and strain measurement based on fiber Bragg gratings. A FBG steel corrosion sensor for monitoring the corrosion of steel bars in underwater reinforced concrete structures is proposed in this paper. The sensor uses two FBG as the core element and tightly twines the FBG-1 after pretension. Fixed on the surface of the finely machined steel bar, used to monitor the pre-stress relaxation caused by the loss of corrosion products; The FBG-2 is installed in the axial through hole of the steel bar and used as a temperature compensator to eliminate the temperature cross sensitivity effect of FBG-1. In order to improve the survival rate of the sensor, the sensor is encapsulated in mortar. The formula for calculating the mass corrosion rate of the steel bar is derived and the performance of the sensor is studied by electrochemical accelerated corrosion experiment. The corrosion degree of steel bar is measured by monitoring the wavelength change of FBG. The experimental results show that the corrosion sensor can monitor the corrosion of steel bar in underwater reinforced concrete structure. It is suitable for the corrosion monitoring of reinforced concrete structures such as port wharves, piers, dams, cisterns and other reinforced concrete structures.
