【摘要】:在分子光譜學(xué)領(lǐng)域,基于轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜學(xué)的同位素取代技術(shù)導(dǎo)出的分子結(jié)構(gòu)的精準(zhǔn)性是目前其它各種技術(shù)難以企及的。通過擬合和分析由分子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜儀捕獲的分子超精細(xì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)能級(jí)躍遷,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜學(xué)能獲得出最精準(zhǔn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室分子幾何結(jié)構(gòu)與電子結(jié)構(gòu)。這不僅能給量子計(jì)算化學(xué)提供絕對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),還能為其提供新的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。激光燒蝕與高壓放電的輔助制樣技術(shù)是基于分子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜儀的制樣系統(tǒng),可以用來制造空氣中不穩(wěn)定的分子、離子、自由基等,以便光譜儀捕獲它們的超精細(xì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜,從而為大氣成分遙感、太空分子探測(cè),以及宇宙生命起源探究等領(lǐng)域提供具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值的光譜數(shù)據(jù)。本論文以分子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜儀的制樣系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,圍繞激光燒蝕與高壓放電的輔助制樣系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)展開研究。首先介紹了分子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜儀制樣系統(tǒng)部件的相關(guān)理論,其次重點(diǎn)研究了分子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)光譜儀的制樣系統(tǒng)搭建,并研究了相關(guān)的真空技術(shù)、防外磁場(chǎng)技術(shù)、氣體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)溫度控制技術(shù)、提高儀器靈敏度的多脈沖自由感應(yīng)衰減技術(shù)。最后介紹了使用激光燒蝕和輔助制樣技術(shù)制造銅的有機(jī)化合物CuCH_3、CuCN和CuCCH的過程,并對(duì)得到的光譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了激光燒蝕與高壓放電的輔助制樣系統(tǒng)的可行性和提高不穩(wěn)定分子產(chǎn)量的優(yōu)秀制樣能力。
[Abstract]:In the field of molecular spectroscopy, isotope rotational spectroscopy instead of precise molecular structure technology is derived based on other technical difficult to match. By fitting and analysis by molecular spectroscopy of molecular rotation capture hyperfine rotational transition, rotational spectroscopy can obtain a laboratory of molecular geometry and electronic structure of the most accurate. It not only can provide absolute standards for quantum chemistry calculation, but also provides new challenges and opportunities for the laser ablation. And a high voltage discharge auxiliary technique for sample preparation is sample preparation system of molecular rotation spectrometer based on molecular manufacturing can be used to, unstable in air ions, free radicals, in order to capture the hyperfine spectrum spectrometer for them. In order to remote sensing of atmospheric composition, molecular spectroscopy provides space detection, has important application value of the universe and the origin of life research field The data in this paper. Sample preparation system of molecular rotation spectrometer as the research object, focuses on the research of key technology assisted sample preparation system with laser ablation of high voltage discharge. Firstly introduced the related theory of molecular rotation spectrometer sample preparation system components, then focus on the sample preparation system of molecular rotation spectrometer to build, and to study the vacuum technology, anti magnetic technology, gas rotational temperature control technology, improve the instrument sensitivity of multi pulse free induction decay technique. Finally introduces the use of laser ablation and auxiliary sample manufacturing technology of copper organic compounds CuCH_3, CuCN and CuCCH, and the spectral data obtained through the analysis of the feasibility of assisted sample preparation system laser ablation and high voltage discharge and improve unstable molecules to yield excellent sample preparation ability is verified by experiment.
