【摘要】:激光粒子計數(shù)器是潔凈環(huán)境監(jiān)測的重要手段,在精密儀器制造、藥品生產(chǎn)和半導(dǎo)體電子等多個行業(yè)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。在保證計數(shù)器性能的前提下,實(shí)現(xiàn)小型化、分布式部署和實(shí)時監(jiān)控成為了激光粒子計數(shù)器的重要研究方向。因此,本文設(shè)計了一種基于萬維網(wǎng)的多點(diǎn)激光粒子計數(shù)器,為潔凈環(huán)境監(jiān)測的小型化和實(shí)時監(jiān)測探索新思路。本文在對國內(nèi)外資料深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,選用日本三洋DL7140-201S型半導(dǎo)體激光器為照明光源,采用非球面鏡和柱面鏡配合的成像校正系統(tǒng)對照明光束進(jìn)行整形,采用雙光闌、雙光陷阱的光噪聲吸收系統(tǒng)提高了傳感器的光學(xué)信噪比,選用OP37型運(yùn)算放大器和LM311型電壓比較器設(shè)計了電信號分析處理電路,完成了小型化、低功率激光粒子計數(shù)器傳感器的設(shè)計。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選用具有超強(qiáng)可擴(kuò)展性的XMPP物聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)議,在Centos7.0操作系統(tǒng)下搭建了 Ejabberd服務(wù)器,選用具有全硬件TCP/IP協(xié)議棧的W5500型以太網(wǎng)控制器設(shè)計了設(shè)備端網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信電路,使用MVVM軟件設(shè)計模式完成了客戶端的設(shè)計。最后,對整個多點(diǎn)激光粒子計數(shù)器的進(jìn)行了性能測試和分析,為后續(xù)的設(shè)計打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文的研究工作對于激光粒子計數(shù)器的小型化、分布式部署和實(shí)時監(jiān)控的相關(guān)研究具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Laser particle counter is an important means of clean environmental monitoring, manufacturing of precision instruments in many industries, pharmaceutical production and semiconductor electronics has been widely used. In the premise of ensuring the performance of the counter, to achieve miniaturization, distributed deployment and real-time monitoring has become an important research direction of laser particle counter. Therefore, this paper designs a multi point laser particle counter based on the world wide web, explore new ideas for the miniaturization of clean environment monitoring and real-time monitoring. Based on the information at home and abroad in-depth research on the selection of Japanese SANYO DL7140-201S type semiconductor laser as light source, the aspheric lens and cylindrical lens with imaging correction system through the shaping of the lighting beam, double aperture, light noise absorption system of double optical trap improves the sensor optical signal-to-noise ratio, the OP37 operational amplifier and LM311 Voltage comparator is designed signal processing circuit analysis, completed the design of miniaturization, low power laser particle counter sensor. On this basis, with super scalable XMPP networking protocol, set up a Ejabberd server in the Centos7.0 operating system, the terminal equipment network communication circuit design using a W5500 type controller with Ethernet the hardware of the TCP/IP protocol stack, using the MVVM software design mode to complete the client's design. Finally, the multi point laser particle counter were tested and analyzed, a good foundation for the subsequent design of miniaturization for laser particle counter. The research work in this paper, the related research and deployment of distributed real-time the monitor has a certain reference value.
