【摘要】：為提升光纖環(huán)繞制設(shè)備的排線性能,避免不合理繞制滯后角引起的各類繞制缺陷和繞制錯誤,在對繞制滯后角的幾何位置與受力分析進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了滯后角、光纖間隙和光纖上線終點三者之間的數(shù)學(xué)模型;并通過對繞制初始時刻滯后角引起錯誤繞制現(xiàn)象進行分析,提出了在繞制初始時刻對該滯后角進行合理補償?shù)姆椒�。實驗結(jié)果表明:合適的滯后角可以有效避免繞制缺陷的產(chǎn)生,使用該換層繞制初始時刻滯后角補償方法可以消除繞制錯誤的現(xiàn)象,實現(xiàn)光纖環(huán)繞制設(shè)備的精密排線和自動化纏繞。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the wire winding performance of the equipment , the paper presents a mathematical model between the lag angle , the gap of the optical fiber and the end point of the optical fiber on the basis of the research on the geometrical position and the stress analysis of the winding lag angle . The experimental results show that the appropriate lag angle can effectively avoid the generation of the winding defects .
