【摘要】：高性能同軸電纜接入網(wǎng)(High performance Network Over Coax,HINOC)技術(shù)是在國家加速推進三網(wǎng)融合的政策背景下,為實現(xiàn)下一代廣播電視網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)目標(biāo),由我國提出的具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型EoC(Ethernet over Coax)技術(shù)。由于市場對網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬需求的快速增長,最高支持1 Gbps物理層傳輸速率的HINOC 2.0技術(shù)方案被提出。同時,HINOC 2.0樣機和系統(tǒng)級芯片(SoC)的研發(fā)也已經(jīng)逐步展開。隨著研究的深入,需要對HINOC 2.0芯片的設(shè)計進行驗證,以全面高效地保證設(shè)計實現(xiàn)的正確性。其中,HINOC系統(tǒng)鏈路層核心模塊HIMAC的功能驗證是整個驗證工作的重要組成部分,對于后續(xù)系統(tǒng)級驗證和保障芯片成功投產(chǎn)有著重要的意義。本文工作圍繞HIMAC模塊的功能驗證展開,主要貢獻在于結(jié)合通用驗證方法學(xué)(Universal Verification Methodology,UVM)提出了一種對HIMAC模塊進行功能驗證的新方法,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了該模塊的驗證平臺并驗證了組幀、拆幀相關(guān)功能。首先,對UVM的設(shè)計思想和實現(xiàn)機制進行深入研究。其次,分析HIMAC模塊的主要功能和外部接口,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了驗證HIMAC模塊組幀、拆幀功能的具體方案。再次,基于UVM設(shè)計驗證所需各種組件并完成了模塊驗證平臺的構(gòu)建。最后,結(jié)合模塊功能特性設(shè)計了具體的測試用例,并對模塊的組幀、拆幀相關(guān)功能進行了驗證。驗證結(jié)果表明,本文所提出的驗證平臺可重用性強、自動化程度高、層次清晰,實現(xiàn)了對相關(guān)功能點的有效驗證,達到了預(yù)期的要求,為HIMAC模塊更加全面的驗證打下了良好的基礎(chǔ),也為后續(xù)系統(tǒng)級驗證提供了參考。
[Abstract]:High performance coaxial cable access network (High performance Network Over Coax HINOC) technology is accelerating convergence under the background of national policy, to achieve the basic goal of the next generation of broadcast television network, the new EoC with independent intellectual property rights proposed by China (Ethernet over Coax) technology. Due to the rapid growth of the market the demand of network bandwidth, supports up to 1 Gbps physical layer transmission rate of HINOC 2 was introduced. At the same time, the HINOC 2 prototype and system on chip (SoC) development has gradually expanded. With the in-depth study, to design of HINOC 2 chip to verify, to fully and efficiently guarantee the correctness of design and implementation the link layer HINOC system. Among them, the core module of HIMAC functional verification is an important part of the verification work, for subsequent system level verification and guarantee the successful operation of the chip is important The significance of this paper focus on functional verification. The HIMAC module, the main contribution is to combine the universal verification methodology (Universal Verification, Methodology, UVM) puts forward a new method to verify the function of the HIMAC module, the design and implementation of the module of the verification platform and verify the frame, frame remove related functions. First, in-depth study the design idea and Realization Mechanism of UVM. Secondly, analysis the main functions and the external interface of the HIMAC module, and on the basis of the verification of the HIMAC module frame, concrete scheme frame remove function. Thirdly, based on the UVM design verification required for various components and complete the construction of module verification platform. Finally, the specific test case design with function characteristics, and the module frame, frame remove related functions are verified. The verification results show that the proposed verification platform strong reusability, since The degree of mobility is high, and the level is clear. It achieves effective verification of relevant functional points, and achieves the expected requirements. It lays a good foundation for HIMAC module's more comprehensive verification, and provides a reference for subsequent system level verification.
