【摘要】：微型聲學產品的可靠性問題一直是很重要也很值得關注的問題。隨著微型聲學產品的發(fā)展,各種新工藝的應用,微型聲學產品的可靠性問題日益突出。如熱可靠性、膠水剝落、引出線斷線、焊點脫開等,嘗試通過仿真和試驗相結合的方法對這些問題進行描述分析。
[Abstract]:The reliability of micro acoustic products has always been an important and noteworthy issue. With the development of micro acoustic products, various new technologies have been applied. The reliability problems of micro acoustic products are becoming more and more prominent, such as thermal reliability, spalling of glue, breakage of lead line and solder joint stripping, etc. This paper attempts to describe and analyze these problems by means of the combination of simulation and test.
