文章摘要：盡管信息資源共享對效能政府建設(shè)和電子政務(wù)的發(fā)展有巨大的推動作用．但目前仍有諸多因素影響著政府推動信息資源共享的成效。本文首先對電子政務(wù)信息資源共享的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析和綜述，歸納影響電子政務(wù)信息資源共享績效的影響因素，進行因子分析．利用多層次回歸分析研究各因子對信息資源共享績效的影響作用。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：信息安全因素和便利程度成為電子政務(wù)信息資源共享要考慮的首要因素，信任是實施電子政務(wù)信息資源共享的極為重要的軟環(huán)境，信息資源共享的便利程度主要與收益相關(guān)，并不是風(fēng)險的主要來源。

Abstr：Information resources＇ sharing is the key impeller for e-government development and many factors influence the e-government information sharing performance. This study profiles and reviews the researches on e-government and information resources＇ sharing, sums up the main factors which influence the performance of e-government information sharing, does the factor analysis on the selected factors, and then predicts the influencing effects of the factors on information sharing performance by using multi-regression. The results show that： firstly, security factor and available factor take the main effects on e-government information resource sharing performance; secondly, trust is the critical soft environment for e-government information resource sharing implementation; and thirdly, the availability of information resource sharing is more closely related with benefits rather than risks.
