全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,知識經(jīng)濟(jì)初露端倪。隨著以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為核心的信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在全球的應(yīng)用和普及,一種嶄新的商務(wù)模式——電子商務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并在全球發(fā)展和推廣。電子商務(wù)就是利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),主要是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)來進(jìn)行商務(wù)活動,是二十世紀(jì)末隨著Internet的迅速發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新型商務(wù)形態(tài)。電子商務(wù)主要由物流、商流和信息流組成,其中信息流最重要,它是物流和商流流轉(zhuǎn)的基礎(chǔ),能在更高的層次上對整個商務(wù)活動進(jìn)行制約和監(jiān)督。電子商務(wù)的順利進(jìn)行,必須以正確及時地傳遞各種所必需的信息,保證信息流的順暢為前提。淺析淺析傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)過程中信息流存在的不足,找出其中影響信息流順暢的各種因素,對電子商務(wù)信息流涉及的相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)加以優(yōu)化,保證電子商務(wù)信息流的通暢,發(fā)揮電子商務(wù)處理信息及時高效的優(yōu)勢,增加企業(yè)自身競爭力,推動企業(yè)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。 首先,了解信息資源在生產(chǎn)中的意 義。以計(jì)算機(jī)為中心的現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)極大地增強(qiáng)了人類生產(chǎn)、處理、傳遞、利用信息的能力,從而使人們面臨一種前所未有的局面:勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高,不再是憑體力、靠能量的事情,而是主要依靠人所掌握的知識和信息;社會經(jīng)濟(jì)活動的開展,也不僅僅是依靠資金,的是依靠各種社會經(jīng)濟(jì)信息。這就是說,信息作為一種新型資源,在人類社會中正發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。電子商務(wù)作為信息時代的產(chǎn)物,如何有效地利用信息資源也是它所面臨的不足,本文提出了電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化目前面臨的主要不足及解決思路。 <WP=58>第二,電子商務(wù)及信息流淺析淺析。電子商務(wù)是一門發(fā)展非常迅速的新技術(shù),是一處充滿機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)的新領(lǐng)域,是一個具有巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ氖袌,什么是電子商?wù),尚未有統(tǒng)一的定義,本文的觀點(diǎn)是電子商務(wù)是部分或完全租用電子網(wǎng)絡(luò)(如互聯(lián)網(wǎng))手段來進(jìn)行商品和服務(wù)交易活動的總稱。按交易對象劃分,電子商務(wù)可以分為B-B、B-C、C-C、G-B、G-C五種模式。電子商務(wù)之所以能夠迅速走進(jìn)人們的視線,是因?yàn)樗某霈F(xiàn)和發(fā)展給企業(yè)和社會帶來了巨大的沖擊。它把企業(yè)推向空前激烈的競爭環(huán)境,降低了交易成本,提高了交易效率,增加了商貿(mào)機(jī)會,轉(zhuǎn)變商貿(mào)模式,帶動了經(jīng)濟(jì)革新;信息流是電子商務(wù)活動的基礎(chǔ),是電子商務(wù)中虛擬企業(yè)溝通的渠道,提高了電子商務(wù)活動的效率,是競爭中取得優(yōu)勢的重要手段。 第三,信息流優(yōu)化淺析淺析。隨著技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和市場競爭的日趨激烈,企業(yè)運(yùn)行的環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多變、難以預(yù)測的趨勢,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)企業(yè)的金字塔式層級管理方式和組織結(jié)構(gòu)信息流通不暢、信息滯后越來越難以適應(yīng)這種迅速變化的市場環(huán)境。在電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、扁平化方向發(fā)展。電子商務(wù)與信息流優(yōu)化并不是彼此孤立的兩個概念,兩者之間密不可分,相輔相成的,企業(yè)通過進(jìn)行組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、業(yè)務(wù)流程重組、保證電子商務(wù)信息安全和完善信息管理體制,來達(dá)到信息流優(yōu)化,改善其自身的存活環(huán)境。 第四,建立電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化模型。提出不足的目的是為了解決不足,針對影響電子商務(wù)信息流順暢的相關(guān)因素,本文提出了企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息流優(yōu)化模型、企業(yè)外部信息流優(yōu)化模型和企業(yè)內(nèi)外信息流程優(yōu)化模型的組合。電子商務(wù)的內(nèi)部信息流反映出企業(yè)內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈,電子信息流優(yōu)化必須從企業(yè)內(nèi)部<WP=59>信息流優(yōu)化開始;企業(yè)外部信息流優(yōu)化模型主要從電子交易中涉及的主要過程著手,,找出其中影響交易過程的主要環(huán)節(jié)并加以改善,從而達(dá)到電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化的目的;將上述企業(yè)內(nèi)部電子商務(wù)信息流模型和企業(yè)外部電子商務(wù)信息流模型進(jìn)行整合和延伸,搭建基于Internet的三層電子商務(wù)信息流體系,形成內(nèi)外結(jié)合的信息流優(yōu)化模型。 最后,電子商務(wù)實(shí)例模型淺析淺析。電子商務(wù)作為企業(yè)適應(yīng)時代要求的標(biāo)志已經(jīng)越來越多地引起企業(yè)的重視,但是我國的總體應(yīng)用水平低,很多企業(yè)只停留在靜態(tài)網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)上。汽車工業(yè)開發(fā)了ANX軟件系統(tǒng),突破企業(yè)信息化過程中應(yīng)用、技術(shù)、資金三大瓶頸,理順電子商務(wù)信息流的通道,推動各行業(yè)信息管理進(jìn)程。本文對這一成功事例進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地淺析淺析,希望使讀者對信息流優(yōu)化在電子商務(wù)中的應(yīng)用有更深層次的認(rèn)識。 本文的結(jié)論是:電子商務(wù)作為一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行方式,其發(fā)展受到人們越來越多的關(guān)注,F(xiàn)在各國都在積極發(fā)展電子商務(wù),逐步從工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)向信息經(jīng)濟(jì)。所以我認(rèn)為,把電子商務(wù)作為從工業(yè)社會轉(zhuǎn)向信息社會的決定性措施,作為迎接經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的關(guān)鍵手段并不為過。電子商務(wù)依托信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)互連技術(shù),轉(zhuǎn)變了傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)運(yùn)營模式。在電子商務(wù)活動中,信息流是商務(wù)活動的中心,通過對電子商務(wù)信息流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,解決電子商務(wù)運(yùn)作過程中信息流不足,實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)信息資源的有效管理,構(gòu)筑出適應(yīng)信息時代電子商務(wù)高效運(yùn)行的信息流模型。
【Abstract】 As the global economy is entering into information economy era, the knowledge economy has just appeared for a short time. With the development of information technology centering on computer network and pervasiveness of Internet application, a kind of new commerce model — Electronic business brings out, develops and rapidly expands in the world. E-business is a new-type commercial which utilize modern information technology mainly internet technology to carry on the commercial activity, came forth with rapid development of internet at the end of the 20th century.E-business is made up mainly by material flow, business flow and information flow. Among them information flow which is the foundation that material flow and business flow circulate is the most important and controls and supervises to the whole commercial activity at high level. The precondition of smooth development of E-business must be by transmitting various kinds essential information correctly and in time.The goal of the disquisition is to analyze information flow existing problem in the traditional business procedure to find out various kinds of factor influencing information flow among them, to optimize relevant link that the information flow of E-business, to guarantee smoothness of information flow of E-business,to exert the advantage of processing information in high-efficient and in time of E-business,to increase enterprises’ own competitiveness and to accelerate the development and progress of enterprise. <WP=61>First, introducing the significance of information resource for production. Information technology around computer strengthens human’s ability of producing information, dealing with information, transmitting information and applying information. It makes human facing environments, like working efficiency improved not by labor and energy but knowledge and information he has learned, social economic activities developed not only depending on money but more depending on kinds of social economic information. That is to say, as a new kind of resource, information is playing a important role in the human society. As a product of information era, E-business is also facing the question of how to utilize information resource in effect. The paper describes current main problems faced by information flow optimization in E—business and how to do with them. Second, the analysis of E-business and information flow. E-business is a kind of new technology with rapid development, a new area full of opportunities and challenges, and a market full of large potential. What is E-business? There is no uniform definition. The paper’s opinion is that E-business is an activity summary that deals with commodity and trade by partly or entirely hiring electronic network (like Internet). Classified by objects of trade, E-business can be divided into five modes — B-B, B-C, C-C, G-B, and G-C. The reason that E-business catches people’s eyes is that the appearance of E-business has immense impact on the society. It pushes enterprises’ into unheard-of competitive environment, reduces trade cost, improves trade efficiency, enhances trade opportunities, changes trade mode, and promotes economic innovation; Information flow is the foundation of E-business and the communicated channel of virtual enterprises. It improves <WP=62>E-business activities’ efficiency and is an important measure to gain advantageous situation.Third, analysis on information flow optimization. With the rapid development of technology and more and more severe market competition, the running environment of enterprises is complex and difficult to predict. Layer management like pyramid of traditional enterprise and blocked and out of period information is more and more difficult to adapt rapidly changeful market environment. In the E-business environment, the way that enterprise’s structure will go is network and flat.
