高容量鋰離子電池Li 2 MnSiO 4 /C正極材料的合成和電化學(xué)性能研究(英文)

在三元液相體系中合成了球形Li2MnSiO4/C復(fù)合正極材料,XRD、SEM和電化學(xué)性能測試對材料進(jìn)行了表征。XRD測試表明Li2MnSiO4具有正交結(jié)構(gòu),對應(yīng)Pmn21空間群。SEM顯示所得樣品為小于1μm的球形顆粒。將Li2MnSiO4/C組裝成扣式電池進(jìn)行電化學(xué)測試的結(jié)果表明,在1.54.6 V,該樣品的初始充電容量達(dá)310 mAh/g,放電容量高至286 mAh/g,為理論比容量的85.9%;循環(huán)30次后放電比容量為142 mAh/g。
