與運行狀態(tài)無關(guān)的電力系統(tǒng)安全域的理論和方法概述

在電力系統(tǒng)的一系列最優(yōu)化問題中,如何綜合地考慮潮流約束和各種穩(wěn)定性約束,而又不影響計算速度,始終還是個難題。至于概率安全性評估的計算負擔(dān)就更加難以想象。為了解決此類問題,本文提出了安全域(SR)的方法論,該方法論是在經(jīng)典的逐點法基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的全新方法論。天津大學(xué)自20世紀80年代開始并長期堅持安全域的研究,至今取得了如本文所述的一系列原創(chuàng)成果。本文所介紹的安全域主要是定義在功率注入空間上的,包括確保靜態(tài)安全、暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定、靜態(tài)電壓穩(wěn)定和小擾動穩(wěn)定的安全域。對于既定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲(以及暫態(tài)事故的發(fā)生地點和清除過程)和系統(tǒng)元件參數(shù),它們是唯一確定的,并且與運行狀態(tài)無關(guān)。本文通過11個命題和相應(yīng)的注釋,簡明而系統(tǒng)地介紹了這些電力系統(tǒng)安全域的基本概念、構(gòu)成、動力學(xué)性質(zhì)、拓撲學(xué)與幾何學(xué)特征、實用邊界的實用數(shù)學(xué)描述及其快速計算方法,以期為成體系地認知安全域方法學(xué)、開展后續(xù)研究與應(yīng)用提供支持。在拓撲學(xué)與幾何學(xué)特征方面,最重要的發(fā)現(xiàn)是,在功率注入空間上,在工程實際所關(guān)心的范圍內(nèi),安全域的邊界可用一個或少數(shù)幾個超平面的并集表示;谠撎卣,電力系統(tǒng)安全約束優(yōu)化問題和概率安全性評估(風(fēng)險分析)的計算時間可以按數(shù)...
