應用于高分子給體的稠環(huán)雙內酯構筑單元(英文)

近年來,由于新型、高效高分子給體和非富勒烯受體的不斷涌現,有機太陽電池性能得以快速提高.本文開發(fā)了基于稠環(huán)雙內酯構筑單元的高分子給體材料,設計合成了兩種五元稠環(huán)雙內酯單元BL1和BL2,并進一步用這兩種單元構筑了D-A共軛高分子給體P1和P2. BL1和BL2的分子結構通過X射線單晶衍射方法得到解析. BL1呈現完全平面化的分子結構, BL2則由于分子中兩個相鄰羰基的排斥作用而呈現一種扭曲平面結構.由于雙內酯基團的強吸電子性以及BL1和BL2單元較大的稠環(huán)平面,高分子給體P1和P2展現出較深的HOMO能級和較好的空穴遷移率.基于上述高分子給體和非富勒烯受體IT-4F的太陽電池P1:IT-4F和P2:IT-4F實現了較高的開路電壓,分別為0.96和0.94 V,能量轉換效率分別為10.44%和7.31%.
