新型可充鋰-空氣電池的納米刺狀α-MnO 2 /Pd空心微球催化劑(英文)

利用NaBH4溶液還原PdCl2的方法在具有納米刺狀表面的α-MnO2中空微球上沉積Pd,制備一種α-MnO2/Pd核殼型復(fù)合催化劑作為新一代可充鋰-空氣電池的催化劑。TEM、XRD和EDS等方法的分析結(jié)果表明,在催化劑中納米Pd顆粒均勻地分布在刺狀α-MnO2中空微球表面,Pd在催化劑中的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)約為8.88%。充放電測試結(jié)果表明,與納米刺狀的α-MnO2中空微球催化劑相比,α-MnO2/Pd復(fù)合催化劑提高了空氣電極的能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率和充放電循環(huán)性能。由Super P碳材料和所制備的α-MnO2/Pd復(fù)合催化劑所構(gòu)成的空氣電極在0.1mA/cm2電流密度下的首次放電比容量可以達(dá)1220 mA·h/g,經(jīng)13次充放電循環(huán)后的容量保持率為47.3%。該納米刺狀α-MnO2/Pd核殼型復(fù)合催化劑是一種有前途的空氣電池催化劑。
