【摘要】：針對(duì)模塊化多電平換流器(modular multi-level converter,MMC)閥損解析計(jì)算結(jié)果不準(zhǔn)確以及采用詳細(xì)電磁暫態(tài)仿真計(jì)算耗時(shí)大的問(wèn)題,本文提出一種利用MMC快速仿真模型精確計(jì)算中高頻MMC閥損的計(jì)算方法。推導(dǎo)了利用MMC快速仿真模型精確計(jì)算MMC閥損的方法,提出MMC閥損的快速評(píng)估平臺(tái),并通過(guò)MMC詳細(xì)開(kāi)關(guān)模型與快速模型閥損計(jì)算結(jié)果比較驗(yàn)證了所提出的MMC快速計(jì)算模型閥損計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性。而后對(duì)201電平MMC在50~1 000 Hz運(yùn)行頻率下的損耗進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和對(duì)比,擬合了MMC閥損與有功功率以及MMC閥損與運(yùn)行頻率的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果可以為中高頻MMC的應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the analytical calculation results of modular multilevel converter (modular multi-level converter,MMC) valve loss are inaccurate and the detailed electromagnetic transient simulation calculation is time-consuming, a calculation method of high frequency MMC valve loss using MMC fast simulation model is proposed in this paper. The method of accurately calculating MMC valve loss by using MMC fast simulation model is derived, and a fast evaluation platform for MMC valve loss is proposed. The accuracy of the proposed MMC rapid calculation model valve loss calculation is verified by comparing the MMC detailed switching model with the fast model valve loss calculation results.
