某臺汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組軸承瓦溫高原因分析

【摘要】:某汽輪機(jī)組軸承瓦溫偏高,左右兩側(cè)溫度偏差較大,對機(jī)組安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生了一定影響。測試了機(jī)組停機(jī)過程中各軸承相對標(biāo)高以及頂軸油壓變化情況。分析結(jié)果指出,真空對#4軸承和#5軸承之間相對標(biāo)高的影響較大。頂軸油壓和標(biāo)高監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)都表明,抽真空后#4軸承載荷過重。軸承與軸頸之間的揚(yáng)度偏差進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致軸承兩側(cè)瓦溫不均。
[Abstract]:The bearing pad temperature of a steam turbine unit is on the high side, and the temperature deviation on the left and right sides is large, which has a certain influence on the safe and stable operation of the unit. The relative elevation of each bearing and the change of oil pressure of the top shaft during the shutdown of the unit are tested. The analysis results show that vacuum has a great influence on the relative elevation between # 4 bearing and # 5 bearing. The monitoring data of top shaft oil pressure and elevation show that # 4 bearing is overloaded after vacuum pumping. The lift deviation between the bearing and the journal further leads to the uneven tile temperature on both sides of the bearing.
