【摘要】：選取了3種商用新鮮平板式脫硝催化劑,參考《火電廠煙氣脫硝催化劑檢測技術(shù)規(guī)范》(DL/T 1286—2013)的試驗(yàn)要求,對其機(jī)械性能、微觀特性和工藝特性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的檢測分析。測試結(jié)果表明:3種平板式催化劑磨損強(qiáng)度和粘附強(qiáng)度較高,均表現(xiàn)出較好的機(jī)械性能;平板式催化劑樣品的比表面積較高,在70~100 m2/g。工藝特性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,3種催化劑樣品均具有很高活性和脫硝效率,SO2/SO3轉(zhuǎn)化率低于1%。所采用的試驗(yàn)方法和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可為板式催化劑的性能評判提供借鑒。
