集控型操作票開票系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,供電負(fù)荷的逐步增加,電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的日益復(fù)雜,可靠供電的要求不斷提高,為保證電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,倒閘操作的次數(shù)越發(fā)頻繁。為確保倒閘操作的安全穩(wěn)定進(jìn)行,規(guī)范的倒閘操作票必不可少。目前,國網(wǎng)成都供電公司的倒閘操作票基本由人工手工開票,開票速度慢、易出現(xiàn)錯誤,且審核過程效率較低,因此研發(fā)設(shè)計出一套開票效率高,穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng),正確率高,且審核流程簡便的集控型操作票開票系統(tǒng),以滿足運(yùn)行要求及規(guī)程規(guī)范尤為重要。本文論述了整個集控型操作票開票系統(tǒng)的研究過程,首先介紹了本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)背景及意義,以及目前國內(nèi)外的操作票系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,再根據(jù)目前的運(yùn)行需要,提出了本系統(tǒng)的需求分析,根據(jù)需求提出了本系統(tǒng)所需功能模塊,并具體闡述了操作票擬票模塊、操作票審核流程管理模塊、操作票管理模塊、操作票維護(hù)模塊、系統(tǒng)配置管理模塊的具體功能設(shè)計,以及核心版塊的設(shè)計方案,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實際的模擬測試,對整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了描述。系統(tǒng)采用C/S模式,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)104規(guī)約,采用SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的整體運(yùn)行。開發(fā)工具主要采用的是C++編程語言。通過合理的設(shè)計,提高了操作票系統(tǒng)的可用性及實用性。本系統(tǒng)通過測試,運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好,性能穩(wěn)定,可靠性高,可大大縮減運(yùn)行人員的操作票開票時長,降低差錯率,提高開票效率,并節(jié)約審核時間,有效保障變電站倒閘操作的安全性。

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid, the number of switching operations is becoming more and more frequent.
