從廢舊動力電池中回收制備磷酸鐵鋰

【摘要】:以廢舊磷酸鐵鋰動力電池正極材料為主要原料,采用傳統(tǒng)固相法制備得到Li Fe PO4正極材料。采用X射線衍射光譜(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對其結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌進(jìn)行表征。用電池測試系統(tǒng)對其電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,廢舊Li Fe PO4正極材料在550℃氮?dú)鈿夥障伦茻? h除粘結(jié)劑后,添加少量原料調(diào)節(jié)碳含量,可制備結(jié)晶度較高的橄欖石結(jié)構(gòu)Li Fe PO4。材料的晶型完整,外形為類球形,平均粒徑約10μm。碳含量為5%的樣品具有最佳的電化學(xué)性能,對應(yīng)樣品在0.1 C下的首次放電比容量為148.0 m Ah/g,1 C下放電循環(huán)50次,放電容量達(dá)到初始容量的98.9%,具有良好的高倍率充放電循環(huán)性能,適合大規(guī)模工業(yè)推廣。
