智能變電站優(yōu)化配置方案與調(diào)試技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文主要對智能變電站關(guān)鍵一次設(shè)備原理進(jìn)行介紹,重點對智能變電站智能化配置方案以及調(diào)試技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹與研究。 智能變電站,分為過程層(設(shè)備層)、間隔層、站控層。過程層(設(shè)備層)包含由一次設(shè)備和智能組件構(gòu)成的智能設(shè)備、合并單元和智能終端,完成變電站電能分配、變換、傳輸及其測量、控制、保護、計量、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測等相關(guān)功能。智能一次設(shè)備主要包括智能變壓器、智能高壓開關(guān)設(shè)備、電子式互感器等。本文還闡述了智能一次設(shè)備的智能組件、智能終端以及合并單元的定義與技術(shù)原理。 本文結(jié)合國網(wǎng)冀北電力有限公司首座500kV智能變電站-昌黎500kV智能變電站建設(shè),通過分析對比智能開關(guān)設(shè)備以及變壓器的主要實現(xiàn)方式,確定昌黎站最終的智能化配置方案。開關(guān)設(shè)備方面,將各種智能化監(jiān)測裝置,通過功能整合,配備一套智能化系統(tǒng)單元;主變壓器由設(shè)備本體及智能綜合組件構(gòu)成。 在對智能變電站一次設(shè)備關(guān)鍵技術(shù)以及智能化配置方案進(jìn)行的深入分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合昌黎站調(diào)試工作,對智能變電站的調(diào)試技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。智能變電站調(diào)試工作與常規(guī)變電站有著很大的不同。智能變電站在出廠試驗和現(xiàn)場調(diào)試之間增加了集成測試,提高整體調(diào)試效率。在調(diào)試工作中就遇到的問題進(jìn)行深入分析并制定相應(yīng)的解決方案,進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)今后智能變電站調(diào)試工作的開展。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the principle of key primary equipment of intelligent substation, with emphasis on the intelligent configuration scheme and debugging technology of intelligent substation. Intelligent substation, divided into process layer (equipment layer), interval layer, station control layer. The process layer (device layer) includes intelligent devices composed of primary devices and intelligent components, merging units and intelligent terminals to complete substation power distribution, transformation, transmission and its measurement, control, protection, metering, condition monitoring and other related functions. Intelligent primary equipment mainly includes intelligent transformer, intelligent high voltage switchgear, electronic transformer and so on. The definition and technical principle of intelligent component, intelligent terminal and merging unit of intelligent primary device are also described in this paper. Based on the construction of Changli 500kV intelligent substation, the first 500kV intelligent substation of Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd., this paper determines the final intelligent configuration scheme of Changli station by analyzing and comparing the main realization methods of intelligent switching equipment and transformer. In the aspect of switchgear, all kinds of intelligent monitoring devices are equipped with a set of intelligent system units through functional integration, and the main transformer is composed of equipment body and intelligent integrated components. Based on the in-depth analysis of the key technology of primary equipment and intelligent configuration scheme of intelligent substation, combined with the debugging work of Changli Station, the debugging technology of intelligent substation is studied. The debugging work of intelligent substation is very different from that of conventional substation. The integrated test is added between the factory test and the field debugging of the intelligent substation, and the overall debugging efficiency is improved. In the debugging work, the problems encountered are deeply analyzed and the corresponding solutions are worked out to further guide the debugging of intelligent substations in the future.
