【摘要】：針對(duì)凌津?yàn)╇姀S4#~9#機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)輪室產(chǎn)生裂紋的現(xiàn)象,就轉(zhuǎn)輪室的結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn),設(shè)備的運(yùn)行工況以及同類機(jī)組的類比等,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)輪室各個(gè)部位裂紋產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了全面和深層次的分析,并根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果和設(shè)備運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行了一臺(tái)機(jī)組的轉(zhuǎn)輪室換型改造。通過新舊轉(zhuǎn)輪室的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)對(duì)比以及強(qiáng)度的分析計(jì)算,經(jīng)過一年的運(yùn)行觀察,新轉(zhuǎn)輪室能夠很好地確保設(shè)備的安全穩(wěn)定,徹底解決了轉(zhuǎn)輪室裂紋問題。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of cracks in the rotary chamber of No. 4 / 9 turbine in Lingjintan Power Plant, the causes of cracks in each part of the rotary chamber are analyzed comprehensively and deeply according to the structure and characteristics of the rotary chamber, the operating conditions of the equipment and the analogy of the same kind of units, and according to the results of the analysis and the present situation of the operation of the equipment, the type transformation of the rotary chamber of a unit is carried out. Through the comparison of the structural characteristics of the new and old runner rooms and the analysis and calculation of the strength, after one year's operation observation, the new wheel chamber can ensure the safety and stability of the equipment and completely solve the crack problem of the runner chamber.
