基于繞組熱分布的改進油浸式變壓器繞組熱點溫度計算模型

【摘要】:為準確計算變壓器的繞組熱點溫度,給變壓器的過載能力及絕緣壽命評估提供依據(jù),在分析變壓器繞組熱分布熱性及導熱途徑的基礎上,提出了一種改進的基于底層油溫的變壓器熱點溫度等效計算模型。該模型通過明確定義熱點溫度的等效熱源并考慮變壓器油粘度及銅損的溫度特性,得到了變壓器熱點溫度等效計算模型的解。通過搭建變壓器溫升試驗平臺,采用光纖測溫系統(tǒng)對變壓器繞組的熱點溫度進行了測試分析。將實測數(shù)據(jù)與熱路模型的計算結(jié)果及其它現(xiàn)有熱路模型計算得到的溫度曲線的對比分析結(jié)果表明,依據(jù)所提出的改進熱點溫度模型計算得到的變壓器繞組熱點溫度曲線所對應的誤差系數(shù)明顯小于其它方法的計算結(jié)果,至少減小了40%,具有更高的預測精度。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately calculate the winding hot spot temperature of transformer and provide the basis for evaluating the overload capacity and insulation life of transformer, an improved equivalent calculation model of transformer hot spot temperature based on bottom oil temperature is proposed on the basis of analyzing the heat distribution and heat conduction path of transformer winding. By clearly defining the equivalent heat source of hot spot temperature and considering the viscosity of transformer oil and the temperature characteristics of copper loss, the solution of the equivalent calculation model of transformer hot spot temperature is obtained. By building the temperature rise test platform of transformer, the hot spot temperature of transformer winding is measured and analyzed by using optical fiber temperature measurement system. The comparison and analysis of the measured data with the calculation results of the thermal circuit model and the temperature curves calculated by other existing thermal circuit models show that the error coefficient corresponding to the hot spot temperature curve of transformer windings calculated by the proposed improved hot spot temperature model is obviously smaller than that of other methods, and the error coefficient is reduced by at least 40%, and the prediction accuracy is higher.
