低溫固相法制備納米二氧化錳及電化學性能

【摘要】:選取三種不同的二價錳鹽分別與高錳酸鉀低溫固相反應,制備出不同的納米二氧化錳電活性材料。采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)與全自動高壓物理吸附儀對材料表面的形貌與結構進行了表征,借助循環(huán)伏安、恒流充放電和交流阻抗技術測試材料的電化學性能。研究結果表明,二價錳源的陰離子對產物的微觀結構和電化學性能均會產生一定影響。其中,由硫酸錳和氯化錳分別與高錳酸鉀反應制備的無定形Mn O2電極材料比電容較高,而由乙酸錳和高錳酸鉀反應制備出的γ-Mn O2電極材料具有良好的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性能,循環(huán)800次后,電容保持率可高達95%。
[Abstract]:Different electroactive materials of manganese dioxide were prepared by solid state reaction of three different divalent manganese salts with potassium permanganate at low temperature. The morphology and structure of the surface of the material were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and automatic high voltage physical adsorption instrument. The electrochemical properties of the material were measured by cyclic volt-ampere, constant current charge-discharge and AC impedance technique. The results show that the anions of divalent manganese source have some effects on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the products. Among them, the amorphous Mn O _ 2 electrode material prepared by the reaction of manganese sulfate and manganese chloride with potassium permanganate has higher specific capacitance, while the 緯-Mn O _ 2 electrode material prepared by the reaction of manganese acetate and potassium permanganate has good cycle stability. After 800 cycles, the capacitance retention rate can be as high as 95%.
