電力設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:狀態(tài)檢修是保證電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行的前提,也是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)適應(yīng)科學(xué)技術(shù)以及現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。按照國(guó)家電網(wǎng)對(duì)狀態(tài)檢修的要求,各電力公司都推行了狀態(tài)檢修工作,都從過(guò)去的單純以定期檢修為主轉(zhuǎn)變成了狀態(tài)檢修為主。從開始采用狀態(tài)檢修為主的方式發(fā)展至今,取得了相當(dāng)好的效果,不但提高了電力設(shè)備的管理水平還可以保證檢修人員的安全和設(shè)備的安全;降低了設(shè)備的檢修成本;降低了電網(wǎng)和設(shè)備安全事故的發(fā)生;簡(jiǎn)接地增加了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。該系統(tǒng)根據(jù)《四川省電力公司輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理規(guī)定(施行)》里關(guān)于《設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)及檢修實(shí)施細(xì)則(試行)》的內(nèi)容,結(jié)合電力設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)信息、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)、缺陷數(shù)據(jù)等對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)后,然后給出相應(yīng)策略,為制定檢修計(jì)劃提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文從實(shí)際出發(fā),結(jié)合電力公司發(fā)布的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度,利用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),建立了基于B/S架構(gòu)模式的電力設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)根據(jù)設(shè)備的基本信息、運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、缺陷數(shù)據(jù)等相關(guān)信息,基于系統(tǒng)建立的設(shè)備評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和指標(biāo)對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行全方位的分析后可以生成設(shè)備的檢修策略,從而為制定設(shè)備檢修計(jì)劃提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文提出的基于設(shè)備狀態(tài)而安排設(shè)備檢修的方式,不僅提高了電力設(shè)備運(yùn)行的安全和保證了檢修人員的安全,而且節(jié)約了檢修成本以及降低了電網(wǎng)和設(shè)備安全事故發(fā)生的概率,為電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行提供了保障。
[Abstract]:State maintenance is the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the power grid, and it is also the product of the power grid enterprise to adapt to the science and technology and the development of the modern economy. The method has the advantages of improving the management level of the power equipment, ensuring the safety of the maintenance personnel and the safety of the equipment, reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment, and reducing the occurrence of the safety accidents of the power grid and the equipment; And the economic benefit and the social benefit are greatly increased. The system shall incorporate the basic information, test data and operation data of the power equipment in accordance with the contents of the Regulations on the State Maintenance and Management of the Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment of Sichuan Electric Power Company (Implementation)> the contents of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the State Evaluation and Overhaul of the Equipment (Trial)>. After the state evaluation of the equipment is carried out by the defect data and the like, the corresponding strategy is given, and the scientific basis for the development of the maintenance plan is provided. In this paper, based on the relevant rules and regulations issued by the power company, the state-of-service evaluation system of the power equipment based on the B/ S architecture mode is established based on the relevant rules and regulations issued by the power company, and the data and the test data are run according to the basic information of the equipment, the running data and the test data, The relevant information such as the defect data, based on the equipment evaluation criteria and indicators established by the system, can generate the maintenance strategy of the equipment after all-around analysis of the equipment, thus providing the scientific basis for the development of the equipment maintenance plan.
