多風(fēng)電場(chǎng)與梯級(jí)水電站協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)可靠性的影響

【摘要】:目前關(guān)于多風(fēng)電場(chǎng)與梯級(jí)水電站協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)可靠性影響的研究較少,為此提出了一種評(píng)估大規(guī)模風(fēng)電場(chǎng)接入含有梯級(jí)水電站的電力系統(tǒng)的可靠性的方法。該方法較準(zhǔn)確地建立了風(fēng)電場(chǎng)、梯級(jí)水電站的出力模型,充分考慮了多個(gè)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)之間的相關(guān)性和梯級(jí)水電站來(lái)水徑流的不確定性,并建立了基于拉丁超立方采樣的序貫蒙特卡羅可靠性模型,可用于評(píng)估可再生能源的利用率和系統(tǒng)的長(zhǎng)期可靠性。通過(guò)將風(fēng)電-水電協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行模式下的可靠性與風(fēng)電、水電獨(dú)立運(yùn)行模式下的可靠性進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了前者的優(yōu)越性。最后將上述方法應(yīng)用于測(cè)評(píng)西北直調(diào)電網(wǎng)中風(fēng)-水-火協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行和各自獨(dú)立運(yùn)行對(duì)系統(tǒng)可靠性的影響,結(jié)果表明協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行可大幅度提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性,同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了所提模型和方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:At present, there is little research on the influence of coordinated operation of multi-wind farms and cascade hydropower stations on the reliability of power system. Therefore, a method to evaluate the reliability of large-scale wind farms connected to power systems with cascade hydropower stations is proposed. The output model of wind farm and cascade hydropower station is established accurately by this method, and the correlation between several wind farms and the uncertainty of incoming water runoff of cascade hydropower station are fully considered. A sequential Monte Carlo reliability model based on Latin hypercubic sampling is established, which can be used to evaluate the utilization rate of renewable energy and the long-term reliability of the system. By comparing the reliability of wind power-hydropower coordinated operation mode with that of wind power and hydropower independent operation mode, the superiority of the former is verified. Finally, the above methods are applied to evaluate the influence of stroke-water-fire coordinated operation and their independent operation on the reliability of the system. The results show that the coordinated operation can greatly improve the reliability of the system. At the same time, the rationality of the proposed model and method is verified.
