【摘要】：國內(nèi)各制造廠家生產(chǎn)的電子式互感器輸出接口差異較大,造成計量校準(zhǔn)工作繁瑣、管理困難等一系列問題。為充分發(fā)揮電子式互感器計量通道的優(yōu)勢,在調(diào)研以及廣泛征求各方專家意見的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了計量用合并單元的概念。計量用合并單元相比傳統(tǒng)的合并單元去掉了保護(hù)用電流值、中性點(diǎn)電壓值和電流值及母線電壓值,僅保留計量用電流值和電壓值,保證計量數(shù)據(jù)的傳送和輸出。為完善電子式互感器法定計量管理措施,統(tǒng)一電子式互感器計量輸出接口,在計量用合并單元的基礎(chǔ)上提出了電子式互感器計量接口規(guī)范化的具體方案,作為電子式互感器接口技術(shù)電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The difference of output interface of electronic transformer produced by domestic manufacturers is quite different, which leads to a series of problems such as cumbersome measurement and calibration, difficult management and so on. In order to give full play to the advantage of measurement channel of electronic transformer, the concept of combining unit for measurement is put forward on the basis of investigation and extensive consultation of experts from all sides. Compared with the traditional combined unit, the metering unit removes the protection current value, neutral point voltage value and current value and bus voltage value, but only retains the metering current value and voltage value, so as to ensure the transmission and output of the measurement data. In order to perfect the legal measurement management measures of the electronic transformer and unify the measurement output interface of the electronic transformer, the concrete scheme of standardization of the measurement interface of the electronic transformer is put forward on the basis of the combined unit of measurement. As the electronic transformer interface technology power industry standards formulation basis.
