基于IEC 61968的電力系統(tǒng)互操作體系構(gòu)建思路

【摘要】:介紹了IEC 61968國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最新發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài);總結(jié)了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外互操作試驗(yàn)成果與存在的問(wèn)題;提出了基于IEC 61968標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)、測(cè)試與運(yùn)行管控三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的互操作體系構(gòu)建思路,將互操作建設(shè)總結(jié)為業(yè)務(wù)、功能、信息、通信及組件五個(gè)互操作層的建設(shè),重點(diǎn)探討了互操作設(shè)計(jì)、測(cè)試與運(yùn)行管控技術(shù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,以保障互操作體系任意標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化環(huán)節(jié)的"即插即用",從而提升電力系統(tǒng)的互操作能力與水平。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the latest development trend of IEC 61968 international standard, relevant national standard, electric power industry standard and enterprise standard of power grid company, summarizes the achievements and existing problems of interoperability test at home and abroad. In this paper, the idea of constructing interoperability system based on IEC 61968 standardization design, test and operation control is put forward. The interoperation construction is summarized as the construction of five interoperability layers: business, function, information, communication and component. The interoperation design, test and operation control technology and implementation method are discussed in order to ensure the "plug and play" of any standardized link of the interoperability system, so as to improve the interoperability ability and level of the power system.
